Navigation of a light ship through the universe, must have a pilot who can see from the outer boundary of the universe.
Measuring the frequency of an atom must have an engineer with comprehension of the fractal system of the vibration that creates and sustains it.
As we peer deeply into the atoms, and measure them, we can thus create them at larger dimension, to self power our world in the same way they self power. We need go no deeper then the atom, to achieve this.

Where is the power?
Power lies in the higher frequency ranges. It has no value to us until we learn to downshift the frequency, and still maintain the power into the smaller fractal. This is accomplished using geometric reduction of the dimensions.
There is a safe method for sensing, and there is a dangerous method for power application.

This is why atoms are so powerful yet so small, the strong force is derived from the universes outer boundary as a smaller fractal of it via the Proton.
Joe cell obtains tremendous power, enough to run an engine, from this effect, setting up a recursive vibration loop.
This loop of energy moves the opposite direction through the EM circuit that the electrons do.
It will move towards the positive charge source in an electrical circuit. In the cell it will move towards the center tube against the electron flow.
Logic and Structure
The conscious awareness existed before the human form body could exist. As everything that manifests from the Quantum Field Fabric, does this as a result of awareness desiring to observe it.
IT was there at the beginning of the structure, and shared it's awareness with each part that it created through the Field.
Thus our awareness, whatever that is, is a part of the original awareness that created all things, from the Field.
This is self evident in the experience.
However inside the ego mind of the physical body it is a shrouded mystery for sure.
The experience I speak of is in the manifesting of elements in a Joe Cell, and once one experiences this phenomena, we realize we have the power to create matter using correct vibrations projected into the water as it naturally manifests H1 atoms in the inflow mode.
The isotope level is where we have enough connection with the universe, to become creators with our small awareness.
We need not go any deeper, as to quarks, or the parts below atoms that do not self sustain.
The tremendous power we discover is the H1 atom, and when it starts to combine with itself and other atoms we get a tremendous inflow of energy, and field compression so powerful it can crush a large steel container to 1/2 it's volume, sucking inwards in a flash.
This is the implosion effect of the Joe Cell, very dangerous and not a toy.
Knowing the water bond resonance frequency hands us the power to disassociate water molecules into H1 and O1 atoms, if we are careful not to overheat and produce H2 and O2 instead.

Bifilar Coils
Because the atom has 3 field forces, this may not seem comprehensible, however there are important things to observe here that can greatly increase the power of coils.
We must first recognize a directional component of EM to comprehend the advantage of the bifilar coils system that Tesla handed us.
Two wires near one another with current flowing in the same direction will repel and push apart, spreading out the field into a less dense space.
If we configure the coil to have a greater voltage between the turns, this electrical field will then attract and draw them back together, and compress the density of the magnetic field. This will then approximately double the magnetic field flux over a normal coil. We wind two conductors the same direction down the coil, then wire them in series aiding, so 1/2 the voltage now appears between the two conductors and compresses the field back inwards.
Two wires near one another with current flowing in opposite directions will pull together, compressing the field inwards. Same coil wind, but this coils is so compressive, it can begin to manipulate the nuclear center of the atom, the Isotope level. It can thus access the Free Energy component of the field.
This second coil opens a new door for electronics, one of nuclear energy manipulation, without destruction of the atom.
In the combining of these two coil systems with correct frequency manipulation we can set up free running electrical systems, which can self power and also respond to changing load conditions to regulate them as atoms do. Electric Field Magnetic Field and spin direction or motional field [Tempic Field].
This has already been shown to work.
This technique is so powerful, it has been silenced to this day. I know of at least two who have accomplished this in our age, and been shut down and silenced as soon as the techniques were posted as to data to get them working.
The war on this is a social war, and why I will not show working machines publicly, I offer comprehension, and direction, and that is where we will conquer this war.
Spin Fields
One must review, motion is a field force that must be present for an electric field, and a magnetic field to manifest in the Field Fabric.
Electron and proton spin opposite directions in the same magnetic field orientation creating the positive and negative charges of the Electric field force.
In figure 1 the electron and proton are separated, if the Magnetic fields are in attraction the spin field is in repulsion.
In figure 2 if the spin fields are in attraction the magnetic fields are in repulsion.
A neutron removed from the atom, will fly apart within 10 to 15 minutes producing an electron and a proton.
Figure 5 is most interesting indeed.
This is directly from the data of physics, and electronics people in general do not go this deep.
Now the frequency differential between E and P is a ratio that never changes when they are in proximity to one another, generating a hydrogen atom.
This is the first engine of nature I am aware of, completely self powering, and self recovering.
With the frequency ratio now known, one has everything they need to design the circuit with two kinds of coils described above such that it will emulate the atom.
Electric, Magnetic, and frequency [Tempic]
Dealing with all 3 is more complex indeed, but when you cipher this, you will have what has been sought after.
Magnetism
Here I started out with far more complexity in order to finally after all these years realize this.
Copper and Iron
Iron does not have a nuclear hook, it has an electron hook.
Copper has a nuclear hook, but does not have an electron hook.
Only elements with a nuclear hook, can be manipulated using vibration and spin coupling, as the magnetic field pointed inwards can be used to vibrate them up. Aluminum, Bismuth, Copper, Hydrogen are the ones I have played with extensively.
These are the free energy materials we have easy access to.
Drop the magnet down the Aluminum or copper tube, and it falls slowly, having its "motion" effected.
This is an inertial manipulation as no opposing magnetic field can be measured to be present.
We have gone to extreme methods to prove this.
The magnetic falls slower due to the Tempic field of the metals used above.
The magnetic flux of the magnet is not bent in any way, as it falls through the tube.
The solution is a nuclear force.
The copper or aluminum is the source.
Thus we can pull up conical fields from either one, but producing magnetic fields happens in the electron shells which have no mass or inertial qualities to get excited about.
Following the power
Starting out as an electronics experimenter, I was like you guys mostly, with a wide knowledge of how it all works, and absolutely no idea how free energy could even be possible, or where it might come from. Study of ones like Tesla caused us to focus on the electric and magnetic fields, and yet there was no solution found there to explain power from "nothing at all".
The magnet dropped through the metal tube of copper or aluminum opened a new door, as we could not identify the presence of an opposing magnetic field with enough power to slow the magnet down. We cut a slot down the pipe to stop any currents, and yet the magnet still fell slower.
Turns out the positive charge of the atom is contained inside the strong force field bubble with the reversed spin field on it, and protons do not flow down a wire, yet positive charges can. A HV negative charge will burn you, but a HV positive charge will throw you across the room without burning you.
It became obvious to us, where the power of motion was coming from, the nuclear level inside the strong force field bubble. Spin.
It was then time to open the field of physics, and finally NMR in attempts to cipher all this, we had to come to know the atom, as physics people supposedly do. The problem with physics people is they want give the 3 field forces different names.
So there is then a disconnect between the electronics and physics people creating a feel felt barrier, and no one actually attempts to feel the fields inside the atom and compare them to EM technology.
We could not get magnets to spin around one another with nothing in between them!
Electric fields as well would not produce the ring shaped fields in the air, holding the electron shells outwards from the center of the mass of the atoms.
EM fields just come up short to explain how atoms work!
And yet we realized the motion of the field that has power to move objects comes form the nuclear center of the atom.
It is related to spin direction of the nuclear mass changing.
The new term "inertial fields" became self evident.
Inertial fields, and the power to create motion comes from the mass of the atom.
Thus began the study of manipulation of the mass of the atom, and eventually "mass vibration" was found to be the solution.
That these kind of fields can become coherent, exactly like electric and magnetic fields can, was the tipping point.
This was something not even considered in physics or electronics until NMR science realized it.
NMR science however is also masked with so much new terminology it is very hard to cipher what we need from it.
They think in terms of atomic levels, and have no concept of a coherent mass field becoming larger then a small group of atoms in the human body.
That we can now create very large coherent fields of mass vibration and generate power from these as inertial force, is still beyond current science.
Here is where it became a fringe science only for those with comprehension of all three of the field forces.
With "motion" now set up to become a field force we could expand much larger then the atom, we stepped into something new.
The Development of Tempic Field Force
Wilbert Smiths paper on "The New Science" offered something we then needed, both terms for, and operational concepts for.
The "field density" of space itself for one.
The "field fabric," he likely got from Max Planck, the fabric of the universe being stretched and containing tiny forms of spin that are cancelling.
Light velocity is a function of the field density the light travels through, it is not a constant to be ignored, it is a variable.
We can operate on space to alter light velocity and field density.
The Field Fabric has the geometry of a scalar cancelling system.
Tempic field is the first kind of energy that can be manifest from space and formed into layering due to the nature of vibration, creating the structure of atoms.
E and M field are then derived from it by adding directional vectors of motion at 90 degrees.
This geometry then hands us the methods of fractal calculations.

The powering structure does not start out with electric or magnetic fields, they are the top of the structure! The outside. The part that is entropic.
By now we had a pretty good mental model of the atom and how frequency plays an important part in how the nuclear center operates.
No one however could cipher how to get energy out of this, as NMR offered only very weak RF responses to what was applied to the atoms, and certainly not any over unity present in that mental model.
In order to make advances we would need access to the frequency as a Tempic field energy vibration, and we had no idea how NMR could play a roll in this back then. Developing strong force fields that can cause electron shells to orbit them, was well beyond us at that early time.

Tesla studied this energy of motion, when a person was killed from loading or unloading one of his generators at Niagara falls too fast.
The shock wave went out from the generator and could knock people over. Even through a piece of glass he could feel the sting of this energy.
This related to a change of the motion of the mass of the generator, and not the electrical field, as the glass would block that.
This was the turning point for Tesla and where he began the experiments that have been suppressed to this day.
We discover the vibration wave can be intercepted at 90 degrees to the wire, and kept from emanating outwards, placed back into the circuit.
Today called power factor, where the solution back then was to force the E and M fields back into phase balance by adding large capacitors, before the geometrical solution was ever attempted using 90 degree coil systems.
The power of the EM fields when loaded causes them to split in copper wire medium, due to the structure of the atoms of copper.
We have called this "the current lags the voltage in inductive circuits." All copper wire is inductive. So even if it does not split at the generator, it will split at a load that has copper wire in it with conventional winding methods. Capacitors are added in attempts to force this back into alignment, and spike suppressors are also used.
Bidini showed that extra energy could be gained by channeling these spikes into another storage system, and using them to either charge a capacitor or a battery. The faster the transition of current the more spikes could be produced and the greater the energy in each one. Pulsed motors were a result, and also fast transitions with circuits that could switch on and off at micro second rates. The spikes had to be contained and the energy drawn from them or being around these could become painful, very painful as we discovered in the TPU systems.

At Helsinki Finland Roshin and Goddin as I recall constructed a device which worked. It produced 8 kw of energy output after it got up to speed, and was based on the geometry that Searl had developed as a child.
The device developed a blue aura around it, the stuff of electron orbits, controlled from a greater force that could hold them in place.
They then came up with a stupid theory about imaginary sheets of Aetheric [time space] energy, which frankly made no sense, but then they were just a couple of college students starting out. LOL! It was never suppressed because no one could ever understand it from the documentation, or could likely ever construct magnets like that on their own.
It had both magnetic attraction along the tops of the rollers to the central core, and it had magnetic repulsion along the sides of the rollers operating off the copper sheet. So the nuclear force was present there from the copper. It did not have any of the rest of the layers Searl thought it should have from his law of the squares, which is also a tremendous mess of unsound logic if you ever read through his documentation on this.
Anyway what was important here is what works, and what works is the iron and the copper, are able to produce a free energy system, if we only understand and can engineer the basics of how the 3 fields interact, to produce the free energy that every atom does.

The first channel of psi talents , higher self, that handed us real data!
This gave us ability to access the nuclear levels, finally!
You see the NMR calculations rely on determining the frequency of an atoms isotope based on a magnetic field intensity, and we have to then supply the frequency of the Hydrogen atom at that intensity to get the rest of the atoms frequencies from the tables.
We did not know the frequency of a hydrogen atom, with no magnetic field applied!
Neisem Harriman handed us the other part, the Proton is a fractal of the entire universe.
Thus now I knew the frequency of the H1 atom with no external magnetic field. It is a fractal of the 333000 Hz field of the universe, the field fabric itself. This is why the H atom is the first and most prevalent one to exist in nature.
By now I was working alone, and my educated colleagues were disappearing.
I stuck the frequency stack into the NMR charts and out came the frequencies for all the atoms on the charts, with no magnetic field applied!
I began testing them with calipers and everyone I tested worked.
I could now create an Isotope at bench sizes, and start to play with them, to see how they interacted with E and P fields.
I discovered this is the basic system of Walter Russel's conical coil device. If built to spec as a large Isotope they self power.
However the 30 degree natural angle then become very dangerous...
Again Bashar indicated how to tame it, by using a 33 degree tip angle.
The atom itself gave the answers to free energy as to actually engineering it.
As well it opened the doors to control of inertia and gravity, as the mass is the location in the atom having to do with weight, and T field motion.
Mass is a field that can be manipulated using vibration techniques on atomic levels.
The Field Fabric can be used to manipulate this directly, using no other source of power.
It is all about accurate frequency control of vibration energy.
The Field itself provides the power.
I now have a relatively good idea how Alien craft can self power, and travel, levitating, and then zooming off with little inertial connection to the earth.

I was about 16 taking my first course in high school in electronics.
Age 17 learning of Einstein's relativity from a nuclear physicist taking a break to teach high school physics for one year.
Age 20 or so when I started my higher education in electronics.
Now at age 67, sharing what I gained from continual questions of phenomena I had witnessed over a long career in communication and powering systems in electronics.
About 51 years of learning, that never ended.
They say a younger generation can learn faster if given the correct information, I hope that is true.
Another lifetime is too long to wait for these advances.
Copper medium has two Isotopes, two different atoms with two different frequencies. They can be chained together and manipulated as one field in different orientations, using geometry [vector addition]. If we sum the two frequencies, they will both align and operate as one spin. If we add them at 90 degrees we get a new frequency that will force them into quadrature alignment. These manipulations are all possible by calculating an exact and correct frequency to apply to them using a scalar cancelling coil system.

It gives a mental model of something much smaller we call the atoms layering, where electrons are trapped into orbitals.
The vibration however is much smaller in it's layering, but the visuals are similar.
The atom is not vibrating the air, it is vibrating the Quantum Field Fabric.

In one of my first experiments, replicating Floyd Sweets set up, I tweaked by feel the geometry of the atom that was constantly in my mind at that time. It worked, and felt really good to be inside this vibrating field bubble, that made me reflect on what creation must feel like.

My wife came in, because her computer monitor was doing strange things, as she passed through the blue aura of the field the hair on her arms stood up and she screamed. I reached over and unplugged the cord from the wall, and the 100 watt light did not even flicker.
I have since identified the vibration feeling present that day as the electron proton ratio, the yin yang ratio of all matter. Finally I found the source of that feeling I was tweaking that was so spellbinding to me. It was actually right there in the first document I had compiled on magnetism, but I had no idea back then that a ratio was an important method of setting up self sustaining vibrations.
Magnetism
My very first document researched well before my first experiments were begun.
I detailed all the sources inside the atom with magnetic fields, and how they all fit together, in attempts to pinpoint how the atom could self sustain, and self correct.
The 3SD was studied also, and I assumed it operated from the magnetic and electric fields, but later realized it was simply the vibrations they produced as platonic form, convergent to a center point in space that created the important effects.
Theory of the Universe
This was a compiled set of what we knew as the laws of physics, and attempts to understand the 3SD design, a multilayered set of spheres that rotated in opposite directions with magnet patterns glued on the spheres in platonic form designs. We got very bogged down in the design and our assumptions, and really missed the important points.
One of the groups built one, and had some rather strange experience with it, effecting their perceptions.
It scared them so much they totally stopped working with it.
Now I can tell you why this happened, they made the sphere much larger then the physical brain, and it took them right out of body, while still awake in the physical. That was not what they were seeking at the time, they were seeking free energy! LOL! Instead they got a conscious experience.
Brings back the memory of the 100 watt experiment where I got both the conscious experience and the 100 watts of free energy.
Kosol was an accurate psi person, first one I ever met who always got it right. He would call me up to tell me what I was working on and try to then steer me to notice specifics I was not aware of. I never told him anything I was doing, but he always knew.
As I got into the resonant fractals and measuring the length of wire and tubes we separated, as he wanted us to do it all using intuition and direction of his higher guidance. He was responsible for my first experience with an alien culture, that was absolutely real for me. I will never forget that time.
The 3SD is a communication device, and when tuned correctly can connect one with any other culture out there who has telepathic ability, using the spherical field bubble system to scan the universe. Kosol had a Lyrian group contact me using their 3SD system. It was very real.
They were attempting to establish open communication with earth people, and told me to perfect this on our planet first where it could be verified as accurate, before attempting to contact other cultures out there.
It had taught me that telepathy was not a hit or miss thing, if we set up the frequency of the brain correctly it was very stable and repeatable.
Full 360 degree images with depth, could be transmitted and received with total accuracy. You can see all the way around you, and see everything even behind objects. What is more you can feel them. The 3SD is the very geometry of our conscious field in the physical.
Took me a long time to ever reveal this to anyone.

What came next
After the Alien world had done this with me, it took time to realize all these things and make these connections. Machine assisted telepathy!
I was seeing out from inside their lab space and seeing all in the room. I drew pictures of them!
I then began design of the RM-1 unit, and using Wilbert Smiths scalar coil system instead of twirling spheres with magnets on them to set up the vibrating fields, as it was not really the EM field we were operating on but the Tempic field of pure vibration. This is what the brain uses as a sensory exchange system. The geometry of the conscious field inside the physical realm.
The Fgen into a scalar bismuth coil, could produce a similar effect on a calcite crystal sphere.
Using this tool I learned to slide by conscious field to other locations on the earth and observe others experiments in progress.

Changes in my reality
EM is not the bottom line on energy or information.
There is a vibration technology that is at the root of all the advanced races.
They worked with Wilbert Smith as well to hand us all we needed to know.
They worked with me, and through Kosol to hand us all we needed to start this exploration into the Field Fabric of the universe.
The CU field [consciousness unit] is the expression of consciousness inside the universe of matter and energy.
All these basics, that are the foundation of the technology, that allows us to advance beyond the material sciences, and into the experienced sciences.
The discovery that we have a 4th density world setting right on top of us! A 5th density world on top of that!
The saucers can transient between these realms, and the physics is different in each one.
This is where they go when they vanish.
One can now understand why they come in and shut down the nukes, the 4th density world is right there on top of this one, and light does not pass between these levels, but a nuke changes all that. I was able to punch a hole into 4th density and observe little grey heads peering down at me using only some monster coils of 44.5 foot length wound in CCW format. What can we imagine a nuke can do?
For me now, my reality is totally different then in my youth and in my formal education.
I do not have any faith, I know, and that is a big difference in the exploration of science.
I have discovered, if we can witness and thing, we can eventually cipher how it works, and there are no limits on our ability to do this.
We have enough awareness, and power to reason, to work through anything we realize is real. We also now have the correct hardware inside our bodies to work with the vibration field bubbles directly and even begin to engineer them. That is the most exciting part really, the new technologies we can begin to cipher accurately.
I have since been able to channel the Grey protocols of nature, and realize the universal directive to create life in all possible forms in this universe, and to respect life as we find it. It is all conscious, from the level of atoms, to the levels of 5th density light beings. The very fabric of the universe is aware, and will hand you the answers for the asking once you connect with IT. This connection however is through accurately created vibration field bubbles of spherical and multilayered design.
Our psi people were right about the vibration thing, but they never learned to quantify it, and that is what I have added to this work, on top of what Wilbert Smith handed us, a coil that can be used to generate vibration field bubbles.
With accurate telepathy, we can expose every lie being told us, imagine how that changes a world.
That about sums it up I think.
The conspiracy people do not like me, because most of what they dream up is not accurate, but self created.
The channelers do not like me because I brought science into their holy realm, where they are absolute authorities unto themselves.
The religions probably see me as demonized, and the scientists detest a field force they cannot control or understand!

Sure, this is an important thing to begin to understand.
Frequency is neither good or bad. It is simply an energetic vibration, and powered by the Quantum field fabric.
There is no such a thing as a bad frequency, and any frequency can be modified using mediator fields.
The human development however is very judgmental, and as we grow up and have experiences we deem as bad, we program a frequency experienced as good or bad. This is our normal emotional development as humans.
Every emotions you can experience, can be duplicated using a scalar coil vibration system. When you are feeling a strong emotion, you can tune the scalar coil to match it. Thus the reverse is also true a particular frequency can cause us to have an emotion.
In the lessons, I offer 2 or 3 beginner vibrations that generally express something either good or powerful for the human body we all agree are good frequencies for us. The GL raises the emotions to a state of joy, the RA fractal energizes the body physically like coffee, but the earth grid frequency pulls us into the lower levels of the earth, where it is commonly called hell space. The compression field where the power comes from. We basically feel that gravity constantly pulling us down is evil and hell is below us. Down is where we think the devil lives. Etc...
As it comes out, most of the frequencies we feel as power, can be interpreted as fear based to the emotional programming we have created.
We will tap into higher frequencies that feel angelic, then reduce them down to lower octaves that can be used for powering systems, and they will move across our frequencies of fear based sensations.
An unsettling realization at first but these frequencies are just vibrations, and part of our education is to realize they have no evil intension behind them. When humans face an unknown power and feel it's power they generally become frightened.
The first exploration with scalar coils lead to people fleeing from the room never to reopen this line of experiments.
So there is the emotional development necessary to become fully involved in these kind of experiments.
In one experiment with some level of power, we may begin to see other beings watching us, like ghosts, that slowly fade into our field of vision.
These are the 4th density beings. The first time I guarantee there will be searing fear as a response. Then we get to go work on our self for a time to conquer our fears, and work for mankind's advance over our personal danger or fears. We just saw something that changes our reality first hand!
This human perception of "negative emotions" is there as a veil to blind us to the technologies that sustain our world.
Technologies that can expose how to disintegrate matter and have it vanish, as saucers will vanish as they move through the 4th density barrier.
In general, if we are still working with our emotions as our main goal in life, we will not be allowed to get anywhere with these sort of scientific experiments, our higher self will not allow it to manifest for us.
In the one sense the 4th density greys cannot trust a person who reacts emotionally in a negative way, when faced with a new phenomena.
Your own astral body will comply, and continue to deceive you to amplify the emotions, because that is what is more important to you if that is why you are here. People who are seeking only their own happiness, will also shift to searing fears and react with anger just as fast. This cannot be allowed in the frequency area where control of the physics happens. It is considered an animal nature, and not civilized.
That is the human veil.
It may take many years before emotions are not so important to one, that they begin to just stop generating them so much and seek instead the truth of how this world works on the technical level. A greater curiosity begins to replace the emotions with a more pure focus to "know."
Lesson 2 introduces this concept, but it must be a personal awareness, to realize we generate all our emotions and thus only we can alter the responses to them. The acceleration of mind is then far more powerful then that of the heart.
Lesson 2 - Emotions
Most of the healing work is done in the emotions, which can shut down the mind and cause it to freeze.
When we have had enough of that over and over, it then starts to loose attraction, and we are then ready to move on up into the higher vibrations of the mind. But the mind cannot stay balanced if the heart is pulling one in a different direction.
There is this point we reach where we stop chasing the emotions, or the women, and command the astral body to move into alignment with the intentions of the mind, and stop setting us up for greater emotional interactions with others. This is termed divine alignment, and when it happens we stop being pulled in multiple directions at once and can then begin to focus on one achievement at a time. We then become very centered and settled in doing one thing at a time with our total focus placed on that thing.
The emotions still happen but they are outweighed by the mind and the mind always takes control and keeps functioning. The memory keeps working the ability to observe never stops for a sensation experience.
We can thus begin to explore the complete spectrum of frequencies and actually see what is there behind our emotional overlay.
This is not what people of ascension want to hear about, and that is a good thing because most of them are so into seeking positive emotions, they could never cipher the simplest equation of how to manipulate gravity! I should be kind here and state they do incredible work with emotional healing and removing trauma from people fields. They are not going to be building saucer craft.
The technology opens on the descension, or coming back down with the new inner vision system working accurately, and the emotions healed and well balanced.

Why am I divulging these things that seem magical yet we see them in our skies now quite often?
I am old, winding down, my time of being mainstream is passing, I have no fear of the powers that be anymore, and what I have experienced should not be lost.
I have seen so many things that work!
I wish such information could have been around when I was starting out on this journey.
That is why I recorded much of it.
As long as we preserve the ethics of the advanced races it should be allowed.
The spiritual aspect of the learning is key to not being silenced.
Free energy is to be free to all who ask.
If we honor the ethics, we are free to share it.
It is never going to be compatible with a money system, thus must be worked outside of that.
The spiritual aspect will be seen as no threat to anyone, and yet is the requirement to comprehension.
The present culture only respects power, and does not see the higher vibrations as a threat.

Emotional responses to alien craft
In the reading of many of the past experiences where people have contact with Alien craft, there were two kinds of emotional responses to these fields of high vibration.
In the one case, the person believes they are seeing something that is angelic. They are completely seduced within this higher light.
In the next case they associate it with demons, or evil entities.
This is basically what I have described as lower 4th density, and then upper 4th density the first heaven, and these are merely vibration spectrum that we react to emotionally.
These are side effects of the frequency shift of the mass vibration field bubble around the ship.
In order to become weightless, the mass of the atoms in the hull of the craft has to accelerate in frequency so it approaches light velocity.
The motions of the atoms is already slightly under light velocity, so it really does not take a lot to push them closer.
In some accounts, the person steps out of the craft and tells the observer not to ever touch the outer hull, as it can damage the body and lead to death. Many accounts of being inside the craft say similar, do not touch the outer hull of the craft even from inside it.
The Phoenix Lights are another example of people reacting to levitating craft, many started a spiritual group after that experience, because they could feel the higher frequency vibration fields. It feels tremendously organized, and changes them.
Upper 4th is the first heaven, and lower forth is the power that scares most people, until the emotional overlay is seen through, and while we still feel these frequencies emotionally as humans, we do not have to react emotionally and have a brain shut down.
In martial arts is where I learned to keep the mind working during a state of powerful fear or surprise, that these fields can produce.
If we then stop feeding the fear, it looses its power over us.
There are 4th density entities that do not feel fear in these frequencies. If we interact with them, we have to stop generating fear to exchange intelligence with them.
When I scanned the bug hierarchy this was very revealing.
The bugs of our world, do not allow emotions into the physical 3rd density, and thus with many bodies, do not experience fear. They see us violating their laws and resent us for it, bringing emotions into the physical. I was very surprised to discover that our bugs of this world have an advanced culture on the 4th density, and were probably the first life form to develop saucer craft.
The Bug Consciousness
There is so much we humans do not know about our own world, it is amazing.

I have done much better having exercised and maintained diet better then most of them, and have now lived longer as well. It comes from both sides of my family. And yet within my family there has never been one case of cancer! Oh well...
Bugs,
With the scans I did with earths bugs living right here beside us, no one ever thinks if they have a higher self as well, and quite a surprise, we are being visited by bug entities from the 4th density in saucer craft and they live right here on this world, and have for longer then humans.
They also want a say in if we nuke this world, so why would they not intervene to shut down the nukes???
I do not believe anyone has ever made this connection, indicating our psi people do not have any real measure of accuracy as of yet.
This is the reason to begin measuring the frequency of what we tap into with our conscious sliding work!
Also telepathy, in the spherical field bubble form is accurate. It can bridge any language, because the communication is whole, and hands you comprehensions rather then words.
Comprehension is a higher form of consciousness then memory or recordings, it hands you a working knowledge that you can then use intelligently.
It hands us understanding, and maybe what meditators of the past called "the knowing."
From a spherical field bubble exchange of telepathy, one can then translate the meaning into our language, and also with it comes the technology which can be ciphered as well, if we are well versed in physics and mathematics.
Everything we need to conquer space travel is right here on our world already!
The same happened with flight in the air, and learning this from the birds.
The bugs can teach us space travel through 4th density craft.
That is the level of their true civilization.
My surprise was that they are more then willing to teach us!
We simply have to get over their appearance, and stop generating hostility towards them when we meet.

The contentment of life
I used to crab for Dungeness crabs using crab pots. One day the tide was really low and I walked out on the beach to discover crabs nesting. There was one large male and one smaller female facing one another almost holding hands and probably creating baby crabs. They did not even move as I observed them. I could feel this deep contentment around them, like a dog after he eats and is setting there watching me. This calm vibration of peace and that it is as it is supposed to be.
I stopped crabbing. That I could feel this for a crab, so different then myself, was a bit unexpected. I had never really seen their life as they see it before, and realized how good it was. It was this deep calming vibration of peace and the male female connection, I will always remember. I could try to describe it as love, but probably a more stable vibration then humans ever experience.
With the sensitivity to vibration fields, we can observe so much more in nature, and even slide up into 4th density and check out how the structures work. Vibration is the first field force and everything that exists involves frequencies we can learn to measure.
Tools of the Craft
There is nothing we cannot then examine and begin to understand.
Mediators
The experiment of the mediator is very simple once you have the correct tools.
An RM-1 can be tuned, with two people inside the coherent field bubble, until at one precise frequency that is correct both will begin to communicate using telepathy.
This easy experiment then opens us to a new reality, one that stomps on the concept of secrets as well as intimacy.
The mediator vibration field can be used to couple two frequencies that are not the same and not in sync. Any two frequencies.
Once we understand how it works it can be found by sliding our own frequency, or using a device to couple two others together.
This can be used to couple the Field Fabric frequencies directly into a device of geometric consistency, a tube or a sphere, or even a square or rectangular box. We do not have to rely on tweaks or meditation for hours, as been past practices with vibration fields. It can be quantified.
Lesson 5 offers an experiment with a SS can, that will focus energy inwards, as a convergent field coupled to the Quantum Field Fabric, and it will work anywhere on the planet. This is so simple to perform, and yet so powerful to actually witness and feel, stick a hand down inside the SS can and feel the energy amplified.

This is the closest thing to a light switch any one of meditation will ever experience, the field comes up instantly.
By using this science, we can have instant control of what has previously taken hours to achieve in blind meditation using intuition.
The Volt
I have wondered how the first man to measure a volt came to that value.
Looking for a definition of the volt all that is given is its relationship with the amp and the ohm, as if it could be defined by two other values that are almost as obscure and require a discharge to even measure.
There is a definition for the Amp related to the coulomb, a fixed number of electrons passing a point per second.
There is a quantified number given.
6.2415 x 1018 electrons / sec = 1 amper
An electron has 1 electron volt [ev]. The elementary charge, or the smallest change in charge that can exist, it's quantum level of charge.
In other words if we had a power supply that was accurate enough with a dial to increase the voltage very slowly, we would then see the voltage increase like a stair step, and the steps cannot be smaller then 1 ev.
Physics tells us we can have a positive and a negative charge and the difference is that they spin in opposite directions in the same magnetic field orientation. Both electron and proton have the same quantum value for 1 ev, but reversed spin direction.
I do not believe the original value of a volt was determined by the discoverer counting electrons passing through an amp meter.
Here we come to a phenomena I have witnessed many times, and what is more likely the actual origin of the value of a volt, before anyone could calculate the charge of one electron.
Electrons have a vibration. When they form coherent fields the frequency of the larger field goes up.
Voltage is proportional to the frequency of vibration resulting from the collective field.
I did not want to believe this, it took years to even set down to measure it, to breach my mental blocks.
Charge has a tempic field vibration on it. And this coincides with Wilbert Smiths structure of the field forces.
Set your caliper to 1 mm, connect it to a power supply of 1 volt, move the caliper back and forth and feel the peak of vibration.
Set your caliper to 2 mm, adjust the power supply to 2 volts, and do it again.
As we raise the voltage, the tempic field that is present, raises also in distance of vibration resonance.
This vibration is present before we draw any current at all. It is the Tempic field component of the electrons field coherence, originating with the electrons. Exactly as Wilbert Smith defined this. The hierarchy of the field forces.

No higher ordered field can exist with out the one(s) coming before it. They stack in quadrature arrangement.
Thus Tempic field vibration must be present in all of them, the first field force.
The SS caliper, is able to measure these, using feel felt means, and I submit that is more likely how the first man to measure voltage calibrated it for us.
It had to be done before volt meters existed as well as electron theory.
If the volt were determine from counting electrons, seems they would have given it a better number!
Anyway the phenomena of measuring a DC voltage using a SS caliper works for me since the first day I sat down and actually tried it.
And like I said, I did not not think in my widest dreams it was going to work the way it does.

Directions of charge
In the experiment above, we do not draw any current, and discover that the voltage charge carries a vibration field with it. What we think of as a static voltage is also vibrating. It is not so static as we may believe.
This set up connects the negative power lead to a ground and the positive to the SS caliper for sensing purposes.
However in a circuit drawing DC current, with a constant voltage, we discover the vibration travels towards the negative ground as the electrons travel towards the Positive charge side. We can feel and measure the voltage while touching the ground lead. This defies everything we learned in electronics, but it works that way.
Might seem a bit like magic. To watch someone do this, simply blows the educated mind away. There is no comprehension present, and someone like Joe simply says, God told me how it works. He does not even try to explain it in terms the technician can fathom. He might say, everything is vibration.
The positive charge cannot leave the atom by flowing protons, but the charge does move and it is delivered as vibration, this is why the cold energy is possible.
Attempts were made to capture electron volts, before the electrons can move with current. The theory is if we pulse the electron shell faster then electrons can hop off the atoms, we can collect the light velocity charge, and not deplete the source charge.
They had no clue that protons already operate this way developing charge at light velocity without flowing current.
I was surprised that Bearden never realized this and instead went into the concept of reversed conjugate math.
Where what Floyd Sweet had actually showed us was if we orient the positive charge to flow at 90 degrees of the negative charge it can work.
The cold electricity was developed in the cancelling coils at 90 degrees off the ends of the normal coils. With the correct E/P ratio they could then oscillate as atoms do.
Anyway, Wilbert Smith's concept of the construction of the field forces was genius, and what's more it works for calculations as well and carries the tempic field charge inside the calculations, allowing the tempic field coupling to be present also! The free energy side we never realized how to calculate before this was ciphered by him.
In many of our simple experiments we show how to feel this vibration, calculate it, and tap it into the Quantum Field Fabric.
Until one begins to work with it, and then add the voltage and current parts, they will never understand where the power actually originates to sustain a field that will recover itself when a load is drawn from it.

Where did Bearden Go Wrong - material science
Electronics today has pat formulas, and we tend to think of the field forces as universal, but in reality they only work this way in specific materials.
They do not work the same in copper and iron, or any other element for that matter.
All technology has to be based on material science also, and not just theoretical field force formula.
If Bearden had realized that scalar coils operate on the mass of the atoms, it may have gone another direction for him.
The reversed conjugate mental model of electricity is more complex and even vague, and yet becomes much more simple in the end when we use all three field forces together on the whole atom.
Once we accept the concept of the atom as having 3 field forces, and the Isotope is an integral part of these operations, then we can involve different materials and know how to tap into them, as well get them to play together nicely.
It is so easy to set up self sustaining vibration field bubbles, it is totally absurd that so many will refuse to even check it out.

Maybe that is because you never made a nuclear bomb before, so have no clue where the power actually is, or the understanding that it cannot be depleted short of a nuke.
Strong Force
We need to wrap our heads around the atom, and finish what we started with EM!
Opening the door to manipulation of the Isotopes, is as much material science, as it is vibration frequency calculations, of line, area, volume.
We can calculate and channel the energy of the Proton side, without even using the electron side at all. Or we can couple them together in the same way atoms do, at a larger fractal dimension.
The Frequencies of the Elements
I could not make this more simple if I tried. There is the access to most of the elements Isotopes!
They do not wind down, they are present with this energy for as long as they exist.

Sweet Spots
This is a term being used by people who hit on these special frequencies by accident, via slow tuning with trial and error methods.
I became very familiar with this in the Joe Cell tuning to get the car resonant with the cell, and have the engine take off with more power, and stop feeling the turns. That was fun stuff but we had no idea what we were doing at the time, we just noted there are these special spots where some kind of energy comes up, it feels good, our car takes off very fast, and so does our mind.
It took a lot of years to finally come up with a system on the car that has this same power over all RPM's of the engine!
The concepts that worked were not what we wanted to believe was possible at all, and involved understanding that distance is a field having vibration inside it. Through correct distance calculation we can route more energy into something by changing its interaction with the inertial connection to the Field Fabric.
One would never guess these concepts could work, until they do the first hand experiments and witness them working. It's not something one could just come up with to calculate without discovering the fundamentals first.
One challenge at a time were overcome, and the result was the 89/50 vibration ratio, that can manipulate the inertial forces and the connection with the earths gravity field. We can calculate it now, and predict an outcome.
The devices got more simple with more mental preparations. We work on the Field Fabric itself which creates these effects we call gravity and inertia.
We can locate a sweet spot and understand why it works and its source of energy, and then go right to it and tune it in to peak level.
It is to the point, I do not even have to do an experiment to know what will happen, and the sweet spot is right there exactly where I calculated it to be.
More mental work now, and almost no tinkering anymore, no large builds and guessing what they might do, no copy of others work and having it not work. If you want something to work, engineer it yourself!
The main problem here with our society is the intention to have this is not pure. We are still so blinded by our own emotions and desires, the logic of all this escapes us. Free energy is an altruistic desire to change mankind for the better, and we cannot avoid including everyone in these discoveries.
We have to remove the veil of the nuclear core of the atom, and start learning to use it as nature does. To create.
I had a group contact me, stating they were doing complex water experiments and had hit on a tweak where it started producing gold. They could never get it to work again and wanted to know if I could assist them. This is so familiar, and describes exactly what all of us went through!
Today I could tell them how to do it, back then I could not. You simply need to understand the Isotope has a specific frequency, and then how to inject that frequency into the water when it goes into H1 production mode! Keep feeding it electrons and the atoms keep forming.
So much for needing stars to create the heavy elements!
The elements on earth have different Isotope configurations anyway because they were not created out in space but on earth for the most part.
And yet so many still believe the nonsense explanations, heavy elements can only be created by large stars! Gold may appear in a frickin' river!

Why does Gold often appear in a river?
I can tell you how it works. Every 16 feet we have an earth node, which has a compressing energy field.
If we resonate up a 135 mm copper tube on one of these nodes, we can then take a piece of gold and start moving it away from the node until we hit resonance of the gold isotope, this distance tuning. That field resonance is all that we need to manifest the element, if there is cold water in the compression mode.
Water in the compression mode goes clean and clear, and so this will often happen in rivers that are pristine and clear. Water must flow over rocks for a distance for it to go clean and clear.
You can also use about any other element and find a point of resonance, but Gold is unique in that it is a perfectly balanced field between inflow and outflow, or the dark and the light if you will.
Nothing like setting beside a perfectly clean and clear river and feeling the energy it gives off!
We have many of these up here in Alaska where I live. Clean and cold water flowing over rocks for long distances.
When I was young some of the kids would go down to the river and pan for gold, and bring back very small amounts of it.
It was never considered commercially viable to mine, but there always was some there if you had the time to spend, as back then kids did have the time.

The Inertial Connection
When we accelerate a mass through space causing a change of it's velocity, something happens that resists this change.
As with countering EM forces as we increase the current in a coil, as we accelerate a mass it wants to spin and change it's nuclear mass vibration rate.
There is a force that couples the nuclear mass of all the atoms, to the field fabric, in such a way that it produces the inertial force we observe at our level of dimension. Fire a bullet and it wants to spin CW as observed from behind. If a rifle does not have this spin rifling built into it, then the force will slowly create it inside the mussel over time. They discovered this with early cannons as they wore the spirals down inside them over time.
If we step on the gas in car we feel the pressure from the seat pushing hard against us as our body mass resists the change of velocity.
As we go around a sharp turn at high velocity that does not change we feel being pushed to the outer side of the turn.
1 - Acceleration in a straight line
2 - Constant velocity around a curved path
These are both considered accelerations, and our atoms nuclear mass responds to both with resistance. A change of the spin velocity, or a change of the spin direction or angle with respect to the Quantum Field Fabric.
After a time at the higher velocity the resistance goes away as the spin on the nuclear mass stabilizes at the new frequency of rotation.
Now we can propel an aluminum disc across the room at high velocity using a magnetic coil to change this spin force, as Aluminum has a nuclear hook.
We fire the coil with a high rise time pulse, the Aluminum disc spins up it's nuclear mass, and this causes the mass to accelerate, the reverse of the inertial force. The higher inertial force is now the motive force, rather then the resistant force.
Understanding this has to do with the nuclear mass of the atom, is important to realize.

Take two neo magnets, hold them together in opposition, let one go and see how far it can jump at the maximum for a 1 tesla magnetic field.
This is a magnetic field effect, and the distance is not very far, maybe a couple feet. Iron does not have a nuclear hook, only an electron hook.
Do this with the Aluminum projectile and it can smash against the opposite wall of the building. Aluminum has the nuclear hook at the mass, and spinning it up effects its inertial coupling into the background field fabric, effecting directly it motion through space.
We see very fast that the different metals are not the same with respect to a magnetic field moving through them.
In a motor using AC and copper wire, it spins in a circle and the mass is accelerating all the time.
The copper provides more power, then magnets alone could ever provide, as long as the field is changing.
This is actually an inertial motor, but will be termed an electric motor as the electric field is providing the rotation to the nuclear mass of the copper.

It may then become more obvious that having an Aluminum block engine is very different then having an Iron block engine, in how we can manipulate the inertial field of the engine.
If we wind a large copper coil with a CW turn as observed moving away from either end, this creates a torsion force that drops the tension on the copper mass, and tends to downshift frequency. If we wind the other direction CCW this increases the torsion force and raises the frequency on the copper mass. If we use bare copper number 8 of 44.5 feet long, the CCW coil will become so strong it may punch a hole into the 4th density directly, and you have little grey visitors in your space in short order. If you are close enough to the coil your head moves up in frequency also you will see them.
A painful experience, and you will have to destroy that CCW coil.

My point of this introduction to these simple experiments, is to show we are manipulating the nuclear mass of the atoms of both copper and aluminum.
In later work we also use bismuth.
Coil Cores
When I began this exploration, coils cores were one of three choices. Air at RF frequencies, Iron ferrite rated to frequency band, and iron slugs.
Far as I know no one had ever considered using the diamagnetic responding metals inside a coil core to boost the inertial interactions or nuclear vibrations.
I started experimenting with cores of Aluminum, Bismuth, Copper, and comparing them to iron. They could operate at very much higher frequencies then expected. I could look at the nuclear responses, rather then only the magnetic ones of the electron shells.
I quickly discovered a great difference in scalar cancelling coils operating on the nuclear hook, rather then on the electron shells of iron.
A scalar coil with diamagnetic hook at the nuclear center of the atom could operate on the mass and access the compression field of the cold energy.
A scalar coil on an iron core would balloon up very large with outwards tension field bubbles.
The nuclear hooks allowed containment of the field inwards and we can then use the Isotope frequencies to raise up coherent vibration field bubbles with little to no magnetic fields present on them.
The ultimate for feel felt work turned out to be the bismuth core with an aluminum tube to melt the bismuth into.
The Aluminum Bismuth scalar coil became the preferred tool for operating on the nuclear mass of the atoms, of any material on the NMR charts.
We can raise up a vibration field from the mass level of the atoms of any material we choose to work with!
Advanced Lesson 1
There were two kinds of fields discovered that will then self sustain when raised up. A spherical field calculated from the mass value of the atom, and a dual conical field system calculated from the NMR charts.
The fields would self sustain until a take down frequency was used to shut them back off.
The spheres were activated using the diameter as the activating frequency, the cones using the height frequency.
This is the technology of the nuclear core of the atom, and how frequency plays a major roll in construction and destruction of the fields, from the field fabric.
Some of these fields when hitting iron can knock down EM equipment and completely shut it off, or even destroy some of the components.
It was then the mission to predict the dimensions of a field before bringing it up, so as to protect nearby electronic components.
That was also ciphered.
This ongoing work spanned a decade or more, but we finally got containment of it, and could manage the size of a field bubble.
Fields can be brought up on aluminum tubes of around 1 mm or smaller sizes using audio frequencies on scalar coils.
The frequencies have to be very accurate, and what we have then called sweet spots from tuning very slowly, we can now identify the source of the energy, and set it's dimensions using correct frequencies to active it and to control it, being able to shut it back off instantly.
When dealing with powering fields it took time to discover everything not to do!
As with AC wall power there are things you must learn not to do, the same is true with power from the Quantum Field Fabric.

Never so important to have quantified this! It finally gives total control of the nuclear mass field bubbles and cones.
How much energy do we need to start a field working?
To get the accuracy necessary for Isotope work we need an F gen with very fine accuracy.
One pictured below can go down to .01 hz accuracy, at very high frequencies.
Very little voltage and current is necessary for the scalar coil pictured to activate these fields, and if the frequency is accurate sine waves will work just fine.
It is a little harder to adjust the SS calipers to the accuracy of an Isotope or conical field, but it has been done by feel.
We can however do a lot using the SS calipers, when the accuracy is not as important, with the spherical field bubbles and larger dimensions.
Tools Of The Craft
Once a field is activated, the F gen is no longer necessary to maintain it, as it will self sustain and self power.
The F gen will be needed to shut it back off, with the TDF [Take Down Frequency].
Scalar Coil Winding Methods
There is only one scalar coil wind I have found that produces a vibration field which can be shut down completely.
As copper is a nuclear active medium, a normal bifilar wind coil cannot be totally shut down of it's vibration component.
Neither can a mobius coil, or a Lavanski type wind. The ones which cannot be shut down will always be producing another frequency that will interact with anything you are attempting to accomplish and cause confusion with the calculations.
The coil only needs a single layer of wire crossing back and forth over 180 degrees of each side.
This creates a magnetic field which turns one magnetic pole inwards and one pole outwards when energized with electrical current.
David Hamel speaks of the butterfly controlling the granite mass. This is the coil which can produce this effect.
I have wound and played with all of them.
This wind gives 100 percent control at the Isotope level of the atoms, and can be controlled to shut down as well.
The others all produce what I would term vibration pollution creating their own tension in the field around them, which has an unknown frequency probably different for each type.
In the Northern hemisphere, we have determined that turning a North pole inwards is a bit stronger then turning a South pole inwards, as the Geographic North pole of the earth has a South magnetic polarity. I have not been able to prove that in the southern hemisphere this is likely backwards. The polarity of the coils input can be measured with a compass around the coil if the current is increased enough heating up the wire, but that much power is not necessary to manipulate the Isotope level with the vibration of the tempic field.
While one can use an audio source to power the coil, it is found to be very limited as frequencies well above the audio spectrum will be desirable to use at times.
A frequency Injector
The injector wire is placed into the coil before the Bismuth is poured. It is an Aluminum Wire and can thus conduct mass vibration fields down it freely.
The coil with F gen can then be used to activate fields on or around devices to couple them into vibration Sources of energy.

The quantification of physics requires seemingly endless experimentation with small projects to prove or disprove a theory, or best guess.
Without that technical proof and repeatability it is not a science, but can become a Religion.
NVR science is new, a result of the works of Wilbert Smith, Walter Russell, Harriman, Bashar, and it's first developer Lowrance (me).
All these men have had Religious followings to some degree, meaning their work was never actually comprehended but held up as having great value based on their personal Spiritual philosophy. People want it to be true, but conventional science ignores it as no one can get it to work.
Nuclear Vibration Resonance [NVR] is the turning point offering correct data values to make it work in experiments consistently.
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance [NMR] science can identify an element using Electro-Magnetic apparatus with extreme accuracy of the fields.
We know that if we hit the atom with the correct magnetic and RF field values to at least 4 or 5 digit accuracy with a 1/4 wave pulse, we get a response back that is a weak RF pulse as the atom relaxes back to it's recovered state. This technique is why MRI machines work in hospitals.
Knowing the atoms nuclear mass also is the stronger force with it's Strong Force field bubble we do not often think what kind of energy is this field and will it also respond to Tempic field vibration frequencies. Getting back only weak RF , far less then the power we jam into the atoms, does not seem very intelligent at all. It isn't, but it works and that is all they knew. It uses the most powerful magnetic fields known to man.
Turns out the gyromagnetic response in NMR is like a cone with the wide end moving up and down a sphere. That is the tip angle of the cone is flexible at the EM level but the spin is present in the field. The time it takes to spin back up from the 90 degree deflection, and the frequency of the photon it gives off, are the signatures of the particular atom detected. That is, one can only detect what they are expecting and looking for from tables of known past experiments. Millions of experiments, with all different solutions of chemicals to pinpoint each of the values that finally worked consistently with each element. That is there is no formula to hand you the data to perform NMR, other then trial and error experiments. They must always use a calculator with preprogrammed value sets for what works for each element and no one can really say why or if some formula out there could calculate it from the atoms structure? If they know that it is not an up front teaching. It's more like every different atom is unique, and undefinable.
The NMR formula is all about magnetic field intensity versus RF frequency photon radiation.
The strong force is ignored and assumed to be silent during this process. The strongest force inside the nuclear bundle separating the Protons conical motions from the electrons frozen angle from an outside magnet holding it in place! How stupid is that??? The strong force is what holds the atoms together and continues to power it. It is a reactive force 137 times stronger then these weak EM fields of NMR technology. That is where the power is.
When we calculate the mass of an atom, and use fractal expansion to increase its size we get a spherical form between the caliper blades.
When we calculate the NVR of an atom from the NMR formula, we get the dual cones of Walter Russell, and it is likely Russell had this understanding also, but was the part that remained undisclosed.
We can use the gyromagnetic formula in our chain of calculations to identify the vibration field that powers the Isotope, but we have to start at the correct location, the Quantum Background Field Fabric, 333000Hz which is the source fractal of all that exists.
The calculator will give us an equivalent magnetic field intensity and frequency it thinks we need for NMR measurement, however the Source accurately identified, we get a new result, that turns out to be the vibrational power that creates the Isotope field to begin with, and then sustains it.
That is, when there is no external magnetic field around an atom it still vibrates and maintain it's form in space.
No one from current science could tell me what frequency that was!

Neither handed us the whole picture, but together they did cipher it.
Walter Russell's secret revealed, which he took to the grave.
My most powerful and most dangerous discovery, tapping the atoms strong force using only pure vibration frequencies.
I discovered the cones are powered from the lateral surface area frequency, but controlled from the cones height.
The NMR calculator based on 1H = 170.496 Mhz hands us the height of the 30 degree cones it will create directly from the Field Fabric.
Then with a pretend magnetic field value it hands us all the other elements too.
333000 Hz x 512 = 170.496 Mhz a very powerful fractal extraction frequency from the Quantum Field.
The EM gyromagnetic field path and motion works around a stable conical system that does not change but uses the same mathematics.
Now once we have the frequency of the height to activate the field, we can divide it by 3 to shut the field back down. I worked about 3 weeks to cipher that one.
Lastly we then find the lateral surface area of the cones, and then can convert to 33 or even 45 degree cones, then find the height fractal of those to activate them right out of thin air, in a gap created by two wires pointing at one another, and a scalar coil to start them working.
This may seem like a very insignificant experiment, but the data we get from doing it can release the power of the field that causes atoms to self sustain and recover their frequency and form no matter what energy we draw out of them.
The spreadsheets are all there now for fast calculations and fractal outputs that work!
The document hands one the complete process to set up any atom of choice and begin to play with it's Isotope field at a larger dimension.
One would think science would have at least some interest in this! I did all the real work for them. LOL!
But alas, now for some strange reason I have to continue to the point of absolute proof on my own, to hand them some sort of working device, for anyone to even take note. The leaps of logic that work in experiment are not fathomable to mainstream scientists at all.

Searl and the SEG
If any here have studied the Searl document pdf, we may realize the first units he made were likely before he came up with his theories on how it works.
His basic belief system is that all energy in the universe is random, and thus to organize it we need to follow the law of the squares.
If we place 4 elements in a series of circles, then we have to make the numbers all add up to the same number in all directions. Which makes no sense if we are only calculating one direction. Anyway the formula does not seem to work today with the duplications, and now they are trying to raise money to get more machines to make more builds faster as they play with these dimensions over and over.
This randomness belief system breaks down as we approach the Quantum Field Fabric. We discover that every hydrogen atom is exactly the same, and the Field Fabric that powers them also has resonance frequencies that never change and are always present. We can find the vibration frequency of any atoms Isotope and use that one fractal to manifest that element in a Joe Cell by sending that frequency into the cell when it goes into the breeding mode. We can learn to do this by feel felt means or using scalar coil F gen, both will work.
The Field Fabric will supply power to us at a stack of its fixed frequencies, and this energy to us is eternal and never ending.
We can also thus emulate the atoms, and generate from the field fabric larger emulations of them using geometric fractal expansion calculations.
The fabric itself will then respond to fill our distance gap with a field that self powers. We can use our own power of feel felt perception to bring these up or we can use an F gen into a scalar coil with correct frequency that can be quantified.
Where Searl went wrong was when he attempted to cipher how it worked mentally, and came to the wrong conclusion that the universe is random.
If in fact his sum of the elements, came out to 333000 it would have worked! He did not realize where the energy comes from and could get no further then the square concept of the electric field, which is entropic. He did not understand the mass vibration part.
Every free energy device must begin with a power that pulls energy inwards into it from the Quantum Field Fabric, exactly as atoms do.
We can show how this works with calculations of geometry and the background field resonance frequencies.
Take a volt meter and attempt to measure gravity by holding one probe lower in the air then the other, and you will be hard pressed to measure anything meaningful.
Vibration energy in the Field Fabric does not carry an EM charge per say we can measure using a volt meter.
However it does express the perception of time or tempic field within change of the frequency of motion through it.
The GPS system hands us the truth. It accurately confirms that the frequency of an atomic clock changes with its distance from earths center of gravity speeding it up, and also with its velocity relative to the earths surface slowing it down. The gravity field is a system of the mass vibration, and all atoms have predictable frequencies at this level that will mix to produce a Fibonacci sequence from the mixing that will eventually hit a perfect phi ratio at which point it will generate a phi crashing back inwards, the field of vibration we understand as gravity.
So from very precise Quantum Field Frequencies feeding the atoms, the atoms then fracture this field into stable atomic fields of different frequencies, and these then become radiant back outwards and they all mix to produce sums, that will create a chain of sums that hit the Phi going outwards and create a phi moving back inwards. Gravity is a vibration system, not an electrical system.
Gravity is manipulated with a vibration system as well. When people realize it can be calculated, and defeated, we will actually get some where real with levity craft in the public sector. Most are now aware this has been ciphered in secret on this world.

Mass Vibration is the New Science, the field force that has been suppressed and ignored.
It hand us understanding of Gravity, time dilation, energy from the Quantum Field Fabric, and the way atoms work to self power and self recover both frequency and form.
My Joe Cell in my RAV, caused the clock in the RAV to speed up to about 10 minutes a month in gaining time. Somehow it placed a permanent field on the clocks crystal accelerating it's frequency slightly changing the tension on the crystal, as it lowered the inertial effects of the car to motion.
After I removed the cell from the car the effect did not stop. Very nagging problem, as having to reset the clock often became a reminder of what we had accomplished with respect to the Tempic field as it creates what we observe as time. I do still have an 89/50 at one layer on the engine so that may also be a factor now.
Identification, and Quantification, of these effects from the Field Fabric, as to Vibration frequency, is key to manipulations of them.
All three of the field forces have a Tempic Field at their roots, and when we learn how to add energy at that level from the Field Fabric, free energy will appear everywhere. It is all about Frequency, quoting both Tesla and Joe of Joe Cell work, and I can now confirm also.

The RA fractal and the Field Fabric
The RA fractal in a copper pipe cut accurately will vibrate up anywhere on the planet.
It is a direct derivative from the Field Fabric.
333000 / 150000 = 2.22 ratio
We can program this field into a quartz crystal using these two frequencies [lengths] at 90 degrees to one another and have a crystal that pumps out this RA fractal frequency.
150 mm off the hex sides of the crystal and 2.22 mm off the tip, move the calipers slowly to feel this field come up around the crystal.
It will self sustain this field forever until a crystal clearing frequency is used to clear it out applied at the center of mass location.

There is a lot of confusion about how power moves down a power line, to move something in your home.
All electrical fields have 3 vector forces in Quadrature alignment.
We have the Electric field, the Magnetic field, and the Pressure wave [Tempic Field.]
In 60 Hz commercial power, these three are in a rotation that moves around a spherical copper atom.
As each one comes into alignment with the wires length we get a different flow.
People may fail to realize that the actual motive force is the pressure wave, and it happens at 90 degrees to both the E field [electric] and the B field [magnetic] vectors.
Note also that in this AC rotation the fields will also each come into 90 degrees of the wires length.
To prove that the pressure wave can extend outwards of a power line a very great distance, we make a resonant tool.
An Aluminum tube that is cut to 200 mm.
Hold this tube in your hand, approach a power panel, and point the tube at the panel moving around looking for a wire or flow that carries a load.
When you find one, the tube will vibrate up in your hand. It will peak when you point it directly at the location where the load is traveling through a wire of high AC current. You can start backing away from the panel and see for yourself how far out this pressure wave moves away from the panel.
If there is no load on any circuit they tube will not vibrate up, the higher the load the stronger the vibration will be.
This is a proof that the pressure vector is rotating in the wire of an AC powering electric system, and that it does move right through any insulations around the wire, and is not an electrical or magnetic vector, but a Tempic field pressure as Wilbert Smith details it.
Now if we observe the history of electrocutions, we realize that a high voltage negative charge to earth ground will burn right through a person.
A high voltage positive to ground, will throw a person across the room with no burns.
This is why in the old classical electronics teaching it is the positive charge said to carry the power of the energy, and not the negative electron flows that move in the opposite direction down the wire.
The positive charge is associated with the Proton at the nuclear center of the copper atoms, and Protons do not move down the wire. They are restricted from moving due to the nuclear strong force.
The pressure field however is the third vector that actually transfers the force of motion into a motor, or what ever load there is on the circuit.
The pressure field is the result of a nuclear spin force from the nuclear center of the atoms, not from the electron shells per say.
It is a nuclear Mass Vibration energy.
It is this energy of mass vibration that causes the Aluminum tube of 200 mm in length to vibrate up even 15 feet away from a power panel when pointing at a wire that carries a load.
This is also the kind of energy that can be used to set up a self powering system of EM power output.
Because it is a nuclear mass vibration with a frequency, it can be routed using vibration techniques.
It is also the kind of energy that holds the atom together and powers it, holding the electron shells at specific distance out so they cannot escape.
Now in electronics it was given a different name, the Lorentz force. This technology was not developed by people with the deeper understanding of atoms, and it was assumed to be a property of electron shells alone. But the force that resists electrons from moving off copper atoms is an inertial force, not a magnetic force or an electric force, and it operates at 90 degrees to both.
When you learn how to feel this vibration force, you can then begin to manipulate it as well as measure it.
This was what I was initially doing with the 100 watt experiment, where I managed to hit on the E/P ratio and discovered another force, operating between the 3 fields in all the atoms already.

There will be no inertial coupling, if we spin up one of the magnets the other floating on top of it will not spin up at all.

If we now spin up a copper cylinder, and bring a magnet up to it, we also feel the repulsion of the magnet from the copper in motion, but there is now a second force at 90 degrees that appears and it wants to pull the magnet along with the copper in the same direction of rotation.
This force is more powerful then the magnets in repulsion, as it can hurl the magnet across the room. This is also then a transfer of torsion or inertia from the copper in motion into the magnet that enters its motional field.

These resonant frequencies can be manipulated. However is we align all of them in the same spin plane, we can reduce the drag of inertia along the plane of spin like a frisbee. We can cause them all to go into perfect alignment using either a scalar coil, or by cutting the copper to a correct length.
If we cut the copper to a fractal of the sum of the height of the cones of both isotopes, the spin plane will turn 90 degrees to the coppers length.
If we cut the copper to a fractal of the sum of the base of the cones of both isotopes, the spin plane will turn 90 degrees and the coppers frisbee effect will be along it's length.
We can actually do this using very low energy by placing a scalar coil on the copper and using an F gen to shift the angle of the dual cone spin planes.
This is method of inertial reduction, that is now directional. Specific frequencies can be used to manipulate the angle of the mass spin plane to any angle we would choose using a geometry vector to set up the alignment.
How do you think a saucer craft can do a 90 degree turn??? With no inertial drag.
In normal matter the spin planes are oriented in random angles so there is inertial resistance in all directions of motion.
This was shown by David Hammel in his work, and it does work.

Now if we want to create lift, as David Hammel did, we have to align the spin planes of two sides of an object to taper, so the spin planes will diverge on one side and converge on the other. He did this using an Aluminum cone system with the tips all pointing down.

If we cut the copper to a fractal of the sum of the height of the cones of both isotopes, the spin plane will turn 90 degrees to the coppers length.
If we cut the copper to a fractal of the sum of the base of the cones of both isotopes, the spin plane will turn 90 degrees and the coppers frisbee effect will be along it's length.
We can actually do this using very low energy by placing a scalar coil on the copper and using an F gen to shift the angle of the dual cone spin planes.
This is method of inertial reduction, that is now directional. Specific frequencies can be used to manipulate the angle of the mass spin plane to any angle we would choose using a geometry vector to set up the alignment.

In normal matter the spin planes are oriented in random angles so there is inertial resistance in all directions of motion.

When one becomes sensitive at the nuclear spin level, we can now begin to play with making the body feel lighter.
In party levitation we have 4 people standing round a sitting person, generating these four angles upwards and outwards towards their heads.

These energies come from the atoms of the mass, and when you become more attuned to them you can manipulate others at distance.
This is the mastery of the TaiChi master.
When a person is attacking you, you can reach through them with your mind and change the angles of a coherent cone system causing them to actually loose orientation and start to move in a different direction. Obviously if we align our atoms in our arm correctly the effort of a punch is reduced almost to zero.
If at the point of impact we then send a cone spreading outwards through the body of the opponent, they will go flying backwards away from us much faster, as if being pulled backwards. The masters practiced this so much they can deliver the punch without using the arm.
The cone field can also be used to pull them sideways so they miss hitting you totally, or it can pull them down at any angle you project.

Motion is Universal
As we examine our universe from very tiny to very large the one thing that is a constant at every level is motion.
While it may not be our first choice to label this a "field force" in itself, motion is at least present everywhere, and we may start there then build on this to come to a comprehension in the correct order of the structure of the fields we can manipulate.
If motion is present within the universe, then it must be present in the Quantum Field Fabric of the universe, or it could not manifest from it.
On the computer monitor while the pixels seems to be fixed or motionless, they do have the motion of changing colors at very high rates of speed.
Within these fixed locations, each one has motion within it, to change its state of energy or frequency.
Thus with a grid or matrix system, we can have one field everywhere that operates consistently everywhere.
As we explore the universe using our developing technologies, we must take note of what is consistent everywhere, and realize for that to be true, there must be an underlying system of creating and sustaining it. A matrix of the field throughout all space that allows a hydrogen atom to operate consistently everywhere within it, as we observe is the reality.
So how does this Hydrogen atom that operates exactly the same everywhere, get its energy from a stationary matrix system that does not seem to move externally? How can a fixed systems of power, continue to power an object that is moving through it?
Max hands us a solution in his calculations, that suggest for any physical length, there is an underlying Quantum frequency that must be present within it. For any Area, there must be a Quantum frequency that sustains it, and for any volume there is then also a Quantum frequency.
This means there is a Quantum level of power present in the stationary field, and it grows geometrically, and as it grows geometrically the frequency increases. As there is more energy in a higher frequency.
It is important to realize this works opposite of our current electrical and antenna calculations. The Field is a Source of energy, and an antenna is a load on EM. These must not be confused, because they work oppositely.
Greater Line, Area, Volume in motional resonance with the Field Fabric is higher frequency.
Comprehension of this , will allow one to grasp the calculations being offered. They do not match EM technology which is the dissipation of the energy outwards to the state of chaos.
Where we start to match the two levels of our reality to hit the same frequency, is a unique thing, and it does not happen often at our level of dimension. We can however calculate where it does happen and cause it to happen.

So how does this Hydrogen atom that operates exactly the same everywhere, get its energy from a stationary matrix system that does not seem to move externally? How can a fixed systems of power, continue to power an object that is moving through it?
The length of a line is a frequency.
The Field Holds specific frequencies that do not move. We can tap in at octaves of it at any dimension.
The curved line cannot sync with the field, but the area of a circle can.
If we solve for the diameter of a circle with the same area as the Quantum Field Fabric Square matrix, which lines form squares, we can get a vibration resonance with it, but the outer boundary of the form will not be in sync, it must rotate to establish a sync.
We have now derived a circular area 2D form from the stationary Field and it can move about to any point in the grid and obtain energy from it to self sustain. Further it will spin up at some frequency separating it from the Matrix frequency that is present everywhere.
That is how it works in direct experiments.
Geometry is used to create the first spinning fields of energy.
If we set up a gap between two flat surfaces to match this new frequency, it will come up in the gap as a circle with a boundary that is constant.
The only way this can be ciphered is to realize that every length in space has a frequency of energy within it.
The first calculation relies on the experiment which made the connection between these, 1 mm = 1 khz.
This is the equation that allows us to know the field dimensions of a field before we bring it up from the Quantum Level.
I have no need to prove this to anyone, it will in fact prove itself in experiment as it did for me, and now I can keep my fields from destroying other electronic equipment in the work area.
Experimenters make the mistake of believing if they just get enough EM power moving around it will take off with a free energy component.
Would one go out to hunt ducks using a cannon, no it is about hitting the correct frequencies accurately.

From the Quantum Field Fabric we can raise up any form if we can determine how it powers from that field.
Cones were the most difficult to cipher. But in this it was finally ciphered how to raise up conical fields that have an EM component.
There is a level of danger here, as consider a self sustaining form of energy powering itself from the Field Fabric that can now shock you, and never stop shocking you until you can shut it off.
So we back up one step to realize we can bring up cones that do not have an EM component inside them, and study those instead, before doing the nasty thing adding the EM component.
The first level of conical form discovery was using the NMR tables and guessing at the field fabric power frequency. When we used the 333 Mhz frequency, we got forms that manifested, but they could not power the H1 atom as a dual cone system also as that was the frequency we used as the input and not realizing how to convert it to a dual cone system accurately as of yet. It came out stationary as a matrix grid. But it did hand us a table of elements that worked on every other element except the H1 atom.
From this we then discovered, the cones power from the lateral surface area, and not the height which is the frequency of the NMR table.
We could now couple the Field Fabric into the lateral surface area of the dual cones, and then extract the height of the cones for the H1 atom, and now generate a full dual cone system for every atom on the table of NMR capable atoms.
Each discovery took us closer to a working system with EM present also on it. The most dangerous forms, power without end.
The latest form or flow, if you will, to construct an H1 atom from the Planck Length fractal octave stack, and then use that cone height to program the NMR charts. Out comes cones with an EM component, and on first pulling one of these up, the energy scared me. Do I have this in me still at my age now, to deal with this? Now that the methods are discovered and shown to work.
I labeled this "Top Secret" but left it posted publicly for unknown reasons that felt right at the time.
Is there a person out there whom will reach a level of comprehension, and take this information that works and develop it further?
That is up to the Great Spirit that we all end up bowing to in the end I suppose.

How much is known?
The Planck Length spreadsheet in the last Top Secret document works.
It creates forms that are fully filled with energy at every part of the field, unlike some that produce rings with little energy inside them as the area.
These Planck Length fractals, are more powerful and to a level that is almost scary when they become functional.
I do not know if anything smaller actually exists, I just know that these are the strongest ones yet in this progression of experiment.
As I recall they are rooted in a dimension that is 10E13 or more smaller then atoms. And it appears to be a real source of energy, which is present everywhere.

Now one would think the professed experts or leaders of the free energy movement would have some interest in these repeatable results...
The fact that I can not even find a way to communicate with any of them, shows involvement of the "Grey ones" to limit this knowledge.
It is one thing to claim a desire for this to be real, it is a totally different thing to be actually ready for it to manifest in your space.

The experience at first may be overwhelming and the realization, that if I am inside the field, I am now a part of my own experiment, as in a saucer craft, this is a reality.
Effects on the physical body are real and they can alter our perception radically also.
Thus to get to this point of comprehension, we have to move through the experiences one at a time, to even accept it is real, and not magic of an evil nature, which is generally the first emotional reaction to it.

How much is known?
If I can cipher this stuff to a level of working systems in about 15 to 20 years, then it is very likely a secret group can do it in far less time, and it is practical to assume they probably have by now, since this work began back in the late 40's. The Planck length was known well back then in higher learning, and that was why people like Walter Russell and Wilbert Smith could make things that also worked, and we have no concept of why they worked today. The physics was watered down to only accept what produced EM outputs that can be read on meters and scopes.
The problem with todays approach, is they do not accept anything as real if it does not have an EM signal that can be read on a meter, with no human perceptions in between.
EM meters do not register motion.
EM is only one form of motion that can be extracted from the Quantum Field Fabric, and although I have managed to cipher one that does produce EM, that does not mean there are not others.
The work must continue with people whom can reach a level of "comprehension."
People aligned with the intention of creation over destruction that can qualify and be allowed to reach comprehension.
They cannot allow a civilization that practices war, to obtain these secrets to a level of practical use.
We would then become a danger to the rest of the universe.
To my knowledge this is the truth. It is a depressing thing to have to accept, as when I became ready for this, the world was still at war, and it still appears to be.
Most all of the people whom have reached this comprehension, as with me, have indicated there is a Spirituality, or at least a higher moral ethic involved in these discoveries to the point of making them practical. If what I write is incomprehensible, then the one reading it, is not ready to make this jump to creation over destruction, as a reaction. There is no way to cheat that test.

The fear of creating a self powering field force.
Everyone wants free energy in the form of our present power grid. EM is our God, and while it is not a self sustaining form of energy, it is what is sought first, because we know there is useful power at the load end of a powering circuit.
One seeking free energy often does not think or ponder what will happen when they discover it, and then a tremendous fear comes with it, when it is only then realized one must be able to control it once achieved.
The first thing hit on, will teach the most, as to both power and fear of the power. It is the phi function. The runaway condition.
Vibrational phi ratios, the most dangerous, and the least understood.
Controlling a phi ratio expansion of energy, is at first very confusing, and at setting up the first one successfully we quickly realize the mistaken notion that it will somehow control itself. It will not, there is no harmony repetition in a phi release of energy that self powers. It continues to grow incessantly without an outer boundary to contain it, or release it's constant energy in a controlled way.
Some believe if they simply place a load on it they can keep up with the expansion and harness its power without loosing control, this is not true.
The levels of uncontrolled expansion are exponential.
One of the steps of realizing this is to create one and have it expanding without limits, to scare you a good one, and make you realize, what you are playing with can become dangerous.
In order to control the phi expansion of power, there must be a tempered release into the power of spin, a pi/2 harmony state set up to control it as an outer boundary of never ending spin motion at one distance out from center.
Developing a perfect phi ratio using resonant vibration techniques can cause trees to be pulled over and even uprooted.
No EM used in this at all. Finding a frequency that resonates in wood, then adding to it a perfect phi secondary vibration sets up a self sustaining field in the wood that will eventually build up to it's structural destruction. I did not share these records of frequencies for the public to go around using to destroy trees for malicious reasons of emotion and hate. Two carefully and accurately placed wires into the side of a tree trunk can eventually topple that tree over with an almost explosive result.
If your sensitivity is good enough to locate a resonance in wood, that appears in all wood, then you can receive this knowledge on your own, and record your own frequencies. Most whom have will not share that data with anyone. The ability to sense how this works comes along with the responsibility built in, you will not be allowed to master this until you are trusted by your own astral body, to use it with control and responsibility.
The mysterious phi function claimed to be perfect harmony is a lie. Phi is the most destructive of uncontrolled function that exists to my knowledge.
If we in fact measure the conch shell or the spiral shells rings we then actually compare these ratios of measurement to phi we come to realize they are not perfect phi ratios at all, they are closer to pi/2 ratios that create the stability of the circle.
There are in fact a number of SSF fields possible ranging between the two values of perfect phi and pi/2, as well moving to 1.666666... that will create self sustaining forms of energy of motion, [vibration] and have nothing to do with EM per say as a field force. They create and regulate pressure waves, of various sorts, that will self sustain once set into motion.

Wilbert Smiths terminology, and as well Tesla avoided using the word time, and differed to motion.
Time gives an unreal concept that everything operates on the same pulsing rate, and this is not true at our level of dimension.
Many levels of time, or tempic field fabric pulsing rates are possible, and with each one the physics of the universe may be altered differently.
It is our conscious state synchronized to a correct frequency that holds us into one reality we can all share, and see as the same perception experience.
The human brain can reach through the 3rd density range and slightly into 4th with some pain involved as tension in the brain. However most accurate scanning will access the other levels from a lower octave frequency that simply sends the energy down wards in frequency for us to observe.
Accuracy is possible, if we can slide our brain frequency to the correct lower fractal octave to observe the higher octaves of the other levels or reality that exist on top of this one, and or below it as well.
Accuracy is learned from experiencing it, and one of the fastest ways is to learn to feel and identify the elements of the table of elements that are consistently vibrating already everywhere. When one can get accuracy in this, they may then be ready to start scanning the 4th density and bring back real data that is accurate at distance, or of the higher nature of the 4th density science as well.

Spin is an acceleration - phi is also an acceleration
One of the reasons that a phi can be contained with a spin motion, is that when a mass is moving at constant velocity in a circle, it is considered to be accelerating. The reason is that every time the motion is turned by 90 degrees the vector force of the original direction is totally cancelled and replaced with a new one at 90 degrees to the original. That is it takes a constant power to make a mass move into a circular orbit. This is enough to contain the acceleration of the inwards phi function if the two are balanced against one another.
We can thus temper the phi function using the pi/2 that represents the ratio of 1/2 the circumference against the diameter of the circle.
We then end up with field that stops expanding and yet continues to self power with quite a bit of energy present within it.
Machines
Here is shown that if we set the two ratios against one another, we get very tight close rings of energy that will fill a house.
This indicates a lot of power in this kind of field.

If two phi ratio rectangles are placed together, with a parabola drawn from the top corners down to the bottom, would this shape produce the phi expansion? Would a pulse gain energy as it travels upwards through such a parabola made of, for instance, a thin layer of charcoal?

To amplify an electric field, we have to locate the vector of the tempic field inside it and amplify that using a vibrational force from the field fabric or any other Vibration source. If we double the T field at 90 degrees to the E field there is a 4x voltage gain [area] and actual power is added. Remember the power lies in quadrature with the E and B field vectors. Vibration is the power of motion. Only vibration fields can be easily set up to self sustain using infinite ratio fracturing.
Your model is interesting however, and I have never attempted something like that. A parabolic shape setting between two plates with phi ratio sides.
You could couple the energy to the copper isotope frequency and the phi fracture will probably drive you out of the room! LOL!
What I am attempting to relate is how to work with this new energy form, calculate it for yourself, and then you will see intuitively what to try in experiments. When you get the numbers right it will do something real.
Nissam Haramien came up with some of this in the early days, but got sidetracked with tetrahedrons, and now makes a Arc Crystal device, and is attempting to make plants grow better. When in reality to make plants grow better all one needs is to add some CO2 to the atmosphere.
Over the past 2 million years the CO2 levels have been dropping in our atmosphere, when they hit critical level all the green plants will die.
After that all the animals that breath O2 will be next, and as usual the Green New Deal is all totally backwards from reality.
Much of the carbon that forms our biological life forms comes right out of the air. If we interrupt that cycle, all biological life will start to die.

T field falls off linearly with distance and is the longest range field force, with the power to alter gravity.
For them to couple, geometry is definitely involved, and the geometry hands us the calculations that work.
An understanding of these concepts, and the methods of calculation, are what will change from tweaks, that happen to work, to realizing where the power actually comes from when we get it right.
To get the mind to understand, that the power is in the vibration frequency spectrum, and it comes from the energy that powers atoms, and develops the strong force in atoms. That is the source of free energy, as it is already everywhere, and cannot be metered. LOL!
The fastest way to reach comprehension, is to make one of these Self Sustaining fields, and stand inside it. At that point no more faith is required, you will know. It will then shift your awareness to a new level of energy, that can deliver forever. This process took me 20 years to find, and then begin to quantify and measure.
The basic Quantum level forms:
Line, Area of circles, volume of spheres, and finally the Isotope cones.
These can be raised directly from the Field Fabric, when we know the correct frequencies.
Everyone at present imagines the Quantum Field Fabric contains EM at it's base level, but that is an error. EM is a higher level of from.
When I measured the Planck Length and then brought it up using the fractal geometric methods of Walter Russell, I was surprised to discover it contains both 90 degree quadrature angles, and 45 degree ones. This does have direct application to EM, as the power of an AC field is the product of two sine waves at 90 degrees, voltage and current, in real time and the power appears where the product of the two is greatest, right about at 45 degrees setting between them in real time, as the field rotates in the copper wire.
If we access the T field vector that is the one we can add energy to from any identified source.
Application of a phi ratio will then create a runaway condition, but if tempered with pi/2 will then contain it and make it safe to work with.
You are now asking the right questions however, and that is a definite inspiration for me.

Down under, Joe was tweaking up drag racers, and got them to accelerate so fast he could not find a diver that would run them in a race.
The limit of a normal car, no matter the power of the engine is 2 seconds to go from 0 to 60, and the weak point is the friction between the tires and the road. That is unless you reduce the inertial connection to the earths gravity field! Kind of funny how this scared people when they observed it down there. Joe is a major "tweaker" and can not explain even electric circuits, let alone mass vibration and inertial coupling. But he gets it to work.
It take a really opened mind, and also witnessing this stuff first hand, to really make progress.
I have attempted to make an introduction path, for others to witness it working in various ways. To greatly simplify trying to work your way through the years of documents and experiments, and I added the methods to measure it right up front on the first Lesson.
Jumping in at the level of EM, may be more difficult for sure, but then everyone is different.
The first thing is personal proof. Is this energy real, can it be set up to self sustain with power present? Is the power real? What is the Source? Can it form geometric self powering forms of energy?

Self Powering energy fields
I was corrected lately as to what is "self powering." I was challenged that nothing can power itself.
This is correct in that any form of energy has a source of power. However when we set up a field bubble in an empty location of space, and it seems to power itself, as an atom does, as far as we are concerned it does power itself. It does this by drawing its own energy from the Quantum Field Fabric, and thus we do not have to feed it any power using normal entropic means.
"Self Powering" is thus a short hand term, meaning we do not have to worry about powering it, it will draw the energy for itself in order to self sustain both it's form and frequency.
With any depth of physics at the QED level, this should become self evident, however the way it is taught certainly hides this fact.
The concept of entropy is so focused on, it is glossed over in all the physics and even the NMR study to a great degree.
With that background however, if we only add a few things, we can then grasp how self powering works from a Quantum Field Fabric that is filled with energy.
Consider the strong force of all atoms, and the power that is there within it to hold the atoms together, it is self evident, the Field Fabric can hold within it great levels of power. We only need to understand how to access it correctly. As Tesla indicated it is all about accurate frequency.
At the quantum level, a frequency can be set equal to a length in space, and a length in space can be set to a frequency that is equivalent in energy.
As well an area has a frequency in the Quantum Field Fabric, and this can also be calculated.
As well a volume of space has a frequency.
We can thus couple elements of vibration to one another using equivalence of frequency, frequency is everything.

Reply 75Say we want to power a cone system, from the Planck Length Fractal.
The Planck length is a resonant length of space that vibrates. I know this because when I increase its fractal size as an area, and apply that area as the lateral surface area of a cone system, the cone system manifests in the gap distance of the cones height.
We go to the fractal expansion chart for the Plank Length, we pick a value and then square it to make an equivalent area with resonance to couple energy.
We plug this value into the cone spreadsheet as the surface area of the dual cones, and out comes a list of fractal distances representing the dual cone systems height.
This is all geometric math, using a correct frequency that will draw it's energy from the Quantum Field Fabric, and should work anywhere in space.
Now when we bring this cone system up between two points with a correct gap distance, the ends will spin, and spin is how we create EM potentials.
We accessed two spreadsheets, and now we have a form of energy setting on the bench, that may or may not produce an electrical field between the two ends. It will self power and self correct.
This stuff is so simple and it is so crazy it will blow your mind.
The hardest part was to identify the correct frequency, and to bring it up geometrically so it will work at larger dimensions.
Now to shut it down, we apply 1/3 the frequency of the height, which translates to 1/9 of the lateral surface area.
The scary part is if it will not shut down. This is where the 33 degree tip angle comes in, rather then using the standard 30 degree angle for the calculation that we find in the atoms. And then we have to keep it smaller then 200 mm in height, in the 60 hz power grid locations to ensure the power grid does not couple into it.

Spirituality and Feel Felt Sensory Ability?
There is a Grey area here between sensory ability, and an ego "mental model" of what we may believe we actually are.
The unknown element is "awareness." Ability to become the observer while still being the self.
It was said, what we are cannot fit inside the ego mind, inside the physical brain. That is only a program of what we need to believe, while inside the physical body, to keep it functional and safe.
We may hear it referred to as the "small ego", as it is the "awareness" of self as physical body life form.
Thus whatever we actually are is able to observe the self in the physical.
The mystery of the ages.
All we have as our "meter" to measure this, is our own sensory ability.
As the pure science of yoga, we can scan the body from the inside, and come to know it at a deeper level.
If we manage to breech sleep, and remember our travels, we may get a sense of something greater we are also aware of.
The true pure science, begins with study of what we are. Just how much control do we have over our own body / mind / emotions.
Are we even ready to be a scientist? Are we still chasing the passions of the physical life?
For the honest scientist, there is no place that cannot be opened and examined for it's truth.

We get about 7 years in each level of physical challenge as we grow up.

Each level creates a new set of rules in the ego mind which are relied on then to govern how to operate the physical body.
We have yet to ever create such a machine, which can both learn and grow, and then observe itself as well.
After the power struggles of solar plexus, and the heartbreaks of the emotions, once we come to a balance in each we then move on.
Intellect may happen with the first levels of mental clarity.
The most important part of school is to teach students how to think and reason for them self.
No amount of memorizing data or rules can do that.
If the data taught does not have application to the physical body experience as well, then it is taken on faith alone.
It cannot be proven, or truly believed in, to the self, which can observe the self.

I have taken the life from each level, and lived it fully, and now I am left only with the curiosity of the mind, to examine the hierarchy of life in the universe. I now spend more time out of body then in it, pondering what is truth, what is life, and reflecting on the passions I survived but are now worn out and uninteresting.
No one of younger age should ever be burdened with such questions of Religion or Spiritual pursuit beyond the basic morality that everyone can agree on. They should be allowed to be at their correct levels of development, without worries of Spirituality or imaginary judgment cast upon them.

What is a field force?

The aged men of electronics, and study of the electron power, motion, and flows, started a new age.
Up until Tesla, all they were doing was making pretty arcs, and small DC flows locally. Actual power could not be sent very far in these small humble experiments.
Tesla applied the wheel to electricity and changed it forever, now power could be sent to great distances with very little loss.
Not much has happened since that point in our history in the advance of the invisible field forces.

Most today still do not fathom the operation of 60 hz AC in the power grid. They are not totally ready to clear the mind of the lower passions and live for "comprehension" rather then only seek results by trial and error in a hap-hazard way. Stumbling around in the dark in a state of lower mental consciousness.
To learn, because comprehension empowers us, is the new goal. There is no shortcut to attaining comprehension.
A true mental model of the universe, will give all the answers to all the phenomena found within it.
When the truth is found, all the garbage theories will fall away, because it can be shown to prove itself.

This is the culmination of finally growing up, and getting ready to start over with the intellect of a true science, that is built on a solid foundation, which includes everything and not simply the outer surface of EM. This is what we all must go through to move it further. The New Science.
Max Planck, and Wilbert Smith, reached this level at a younger age then most. They prepared the way to take it further then Tesla's AC power.
While the majority are still trying to catch up with Tesla, he has been left behind by these new inspired men that found formula that also work.
When we find a formula that works, in practice we must take note, and adjust our science accordingly. We must also toss out what does not work, and this should be taught in the halls of higher learning, not to fear the truth from "social pressure." Today we have a great number of people with memories containing much data to fill libraries, that have little to no practical experience with the field forces, or true comprehension of even what they are.
The debate over free energy is political and passionate, and has nothing to do with reality.
It has to do with the function of humans minds and it's limits. As the ego mind is programmed by each person, as they choose to believe, and all of them do not agree. If we observe emotional content present in the presentation, then we know it is really about emotions and desires, and may or may not contain actual technical truth. The emotional maturity must come first, that a person can observe something clearly when it is placed before them.
Abuse of power leads to conflict, and suffering. Higher technology leads directly to greater power. There is a layer of our consciousness that lies outside the physical body, which protects the creation from this abuse that can destroy a civilization. As a young person one could not become aware of this outer physical force that is also intelligent. This intelligence hands us wisdom. Without such wisdom, then extracting energy from that level, would not be a wise choice. That level however powers the atoms, and thus the entire universe, that no thing which exists can remain stationary.
The recognition of this force, comes after we have fully developed the physical body to a state of maturity, and all it's levels are operating smoothly.
It is not something one can fantasize or pretend is real, and then try to worship. Direct contact is necessary with accuracy.
As it is then discovered we are also conscious on this layer of reality, and participating in it already.
Until the physical body and ego mind are matured and ready, it is veiled off from us having direct contact with it.
It would be far too distracting, to have contact, before one has matured on all the physical levels of the human form body, mind, and emotions.
We can test this connection for accuracy, and no one should be believed if this contact cannot be used with accuracy. At this point it will be accepted as self evident for a civilization that wishes to progress past the point of advancing technology and avoid self destruction. If the emotions are not dealt with in a healthy way, they will destroy the structure. They will build up as a phi function until they explode and all control is lost. We call this insanity.

Psi function, can become accurate to 100 percent, if we stay out of the emotions. This has been the major fallacy of mankind in addressing this issue.
Thus those seeking such, must test themselves and observe themselves, that when the frequency that stimulates a strong emotion rises, we start to program the mind to accept it as "just a frequency" and a body reaction to that frequency, and this can be reprogrammed in the ego mind.
I spend a lot of time on this in the lessons, teaching that to develop accurate skills in vibration sensory ability, we have to clean and clear our emotions that they play out and resolve naturally but do not influence the observations of an experiment. While it may be good to record the emotions that came up for reference it is unwise to assign them some meaning and judgmental bias, as to good or evil. If one finds them self running from an experiment with fear, that is an opportunity to work on your emotions and begin to resolve them.
If you stick your finger in a light socket and get a shock it will be judged as either an evil kind of energy by the emotions or a stupid act by the intellectual mind. It is the same with vibration energy forms, they are not all happy happy feelings for the body to be touching.
In general the intelligence that runs the physics of this universe, will not allow too much comprehension be given those of emotional instability.
Where does the New Science begin?
With the Quadrature Concept Ego Mental Model.
This is intellectual, and mental.
The mental opening is the highest one, while still in a physical body. Truth will then supersede all that came before it as fantasy or passionate desire.
The Quadrature Concept is the foundation of the creation of all form.
It greatly simplifies the complexity of all the field forces, reducing them to only 3, and within this begins to explain all phenomena which can be observed, as well as ability to now calculate them accurately. To face this requires purely mental process, and great honesty with the self.
For Wilbert Smith begins, at the point of creation and then describes the steps, one at a time, to get to what we now observe in our reality, including one more field force we can manipulate that is not presently taught in our current sciences. He refers to this new field force as Tempic Field, and I have reduced it's operation to that of pure vibration in the Field Fabric, which may or may not have EM stacked on top of it.
However all EM fields contain it at the base construction of them.
Each field becomes more complex as we add vectors of power at 90 degrees to one another.
While this may seem too simple at first, when we begin to operate on this Tempic Field, and things start to work, it becomes self evident we have missed a lot as to what motion actually is.
Next we apply Max Plancks data to this and discover, this man already had a feel for this new energy form, as he was able to describe it and calculate it, without ever having been taught about it before that time.
If one is developing the sensitivity to vibration energy, it all becomes self evident. The calculations can then be tested and experienced personally.
At this point there is no more need for faith. Spirituality takes a great turn, and consciousness is reduced to a science that works consistently to operate on the Field Fabric. The mystery is removed, as comprehension replaces it.
Planck, left the conscious part out of his science, and was handed a Nobel prize for methods of calculation that work.
Wilbert Smith added the conscious awareness part and was totally rejected. We were not ready to be responsible for what we think and do.
While they have greatly scrambled the meaning of Planck's work now to remove the zero point power from it, it is still the underlying principle that makes it all work which can be proven in direct experiments, and fully explains all the invisible energy in the universe.
We can experience this directly.
Science fiction movies today amplify the emotional content, and jump over the actual science.
This tends to cloud the publics vision so badly, they may never realize what truth is when they see it.

The first two are operated from the 4th density where our astral body is operating.
Conscious Field is instantaneous to us, and there is no delay in scanning anything anywhere and recording it's frequency of vibration.
Conscious field operates on the Quantum Field Fabric to generate the Tempic field vibration system which then becomes radiant at pi/2 * c in the space where it is activated. This field drops off in intensity as linear distance. This is what sensitives sense as vibration.
The Electric field then adds spin to the Tempic field vector and drops off as distance squared, as an area type field force.
The Magnetic field then adds curl, and drops off as distance cubed.
These last two are well understood in current science, the first two are basically ignored, due to emotional interaction which make them very obscured.

Technical Accuracy
When it comes to psi ability, and technical accuracy, we must work above our human emotional overlays we have programmed into our ego mind from experiences judging and biasing our perceptions.
I set a magnesium slug in front of a sensitive, give them a caliper setting to pull up a field from it, and what is the result?
I get back 100 different responses from 100 different people all describing how it makes them feel and if it is a good or bad vibration. Few of the reports from the feedback match!
The realm of Orgonite is such an obscure thing, as it is mostly driven by the personal emotions, and these ones are not mature on the 4th density as of yet, but only discovering it is real, and still just playing with it, as we play with recipes for our food. This is driven by intuition, and can have good or bad results on people emotionally depending on their belief systems.
We have people going to war and becoming warriors to purify the environment using these preferred vibration frequencies, over all they deem evil!
Then I handed the techniques of measurement of frequency of vibration to a very experienced healer who was very good at Jin Shin Jitsu , and she came back to me with a complete list of frequencies for the bodies meridian system and how to balance it.
She simply tried the techniques, and found them work amazingly well, then started to use them in her healing work.
The scalar bismuth coil with F gen added another depth and proof to the discovered result, indicated by Planck. A distance in the Quantum Field Fabric corresponds to a frequency, and greater frequency is greater distance.

We can now measure a frequency using caliper or scalar coil, and the result is the same using this conversion.
However with the scalar coil / F gen we can target things more accurately and pull up Isotopes fields to 6 or 8 digit accuracy, not possible with the calipers.

One must face science to progress it further
The average person facing comprehension of what Gravity is, with a strong desire to one day begin to be able to manipulate it, will usually take a wrong turn, as if they could start from nothing at all, and cipher the whole universe on their own.
This may be an emotional reason of distrust how money corrupts men, in order to survive the present system that has worked for many generations.
However the present science up to discovery of the atom, is very solid in experiments and very predictable.
Up to this level we can verify much of it using our vibratory sensory abilities, because the atoms are both stable, and well understood as to formulas of frequency. And frequency is everything from the Quantum Field Fabric level of comprehension. Distance is frequency, Area is frequency, and Volume is frequency.
This is where the men of advance of our sciences ended up before they were removed from classical recorded science that is taught.
Our first goal after having matured our physical state of being to one of emotional stability, is to then begin to take in as much knowledge towards understanding the atom and what is already a solid science of the atom.
We do not need to go any deeper then the atom, into the level of theoretical "transient particles" which only appear during the destruction of an atom in a collider, or its 3 main particles. Proton, Electron, and Neutron. These are the building blocks of nature, and they are well understood now already, all we have to do is to catch up with what is known about them.
After our study of the atom, and the table of elements, we can start to ask the right questions about how they are created, or can be manipulated as to the 3 field forces that sustain them perpetually. I can tell you, to create an atom of a specific element, all we need is a single isotope frequency and a Joe Cell filled with water. We do not need to know about Leptons or Gravitons, which likely do not exist except for very short periods of time and may or may not even be real.
All we need to understand is the Isotope frequency we desire to manifest, once it is present in the water, we then have to feed it electrons, so the Isotope can organize them into electron shells and the atom is complete. Doing this proves the nuclear Isotope is what organizes and powers the atom.
The Isotope can be pulled up directly from the Quantum Field Fabric, and needs no steps in between to create the so called smaller particles.
This hands us the flow of energy into the 3rd density creation system.

Joe cell naturally manifests H1 atoms in breeding mode, which is why it is so powerful as H1 is extremely volatile as a gas and will instantly compress itself to 1/2 volume when it is ignited as H2, which takes very little energy to cause. The H1 Isotope is powered directly from the Field Fabric as the resonance of the surface area of it's conical Isotope system is a direct fractal of it, and it is everywhere in this universe.
If we have this higher knowledge of our current sciences, we are then ready to correctly observe an experiment which can take us further to new levels of comprehension. I see so many people with a lack of the knowledge that is freely available, which would save them years of work on dead ends, with concepts that will go nowhere as they do not make the connection to real world physics.
We then begin to chase the power backwards from something like a copper pipe that is somehow vibrating on its own, and can thus make all the right connections all the way down to the Quantum Field Fabric, the Zero Point Field that powers everything.
This is a process of self learning, and becoming more aware, while at each step we can set up resonance fields to prove it works, and our calculations are correct.
However the current science has not yet reached this level of comprehension, that an atom can be created in a Joe Cell or even how that can work! They do not believe in the first two field forces. Consciousness and Tempic field, which seem beyond their laboratory experiments.
Many prefer to leave creation to the pretenders of Religions, and only God can ever grasp it, so they do not search for that goal.
An accurate sensitive can easily master creating atoms if they have only a little accurate science to add to their sensitivity abilities, and a correct experimental platform. The fact that collecting gas from a Joe Cell produces the H1 atom, which is the first atom on our table of elements, is a fact that few would even attempt to prove is real. It also explain why there is so much Hydrogen found in the universe, as it must be present for the higher elements to form from it.
The other thing they need is the frequency to be accurate of the element they wish to produce in the Joe Cell. And to be able to recognize what they are observing when it happens. It happens to almost everyone who has a Joe Cell and works with it, but most do not understand what they are doing, or what it is doing. They do not have the science foundation to recognize it. Many prefer to believe in magic, because that is most sensational, and then they are free to make up any theories they desire to be true, adding all the flavor of emotions to be experienced along with the preferred mystery of the experience.
One of the side effects of working with vibrational devices is an acceleration of the mind, and if that is not used correctly they can generate thousands of words of verbiage of their new discoveries, most of them total fantasy. I assure you it all conforms to the New Science of Smith, with the assistance of the Grey ones whom guard the 4th density creation system that manifests this universe.
As many today realize it is our own consciousness that must be raised up in frequency in order to attain a heightened awareness of things we do not yet know how to experience, this is a side effect of the vibration technology, but if the current scientific understanding is not there as a base to start with, they all go far out into imagination creating their own worlds of fantasy which do not apply to anyone but them. At this point it will then all be ignored and not believed, as no one can even understand what they are trying to say.
To pass this on and advance it, we have to master a new vocabulary along with the new discoveries, and we must all begin to agree as to how to express it best, with the phenomena that always works when we get it right. It must blend into current science and take it one step further, or it will be ignored and lost again.

Now as you may have noted you can read my experiments, but may not fathom the magnitude of each one if you started in the middle of the 20 year long process I have put myself through. I did discover how gravity works and then proved it to myself, and experienced inertia reduction for myself based on these scientific explanations I presented early on. They did not come from me, I could never have done the whole thing working alone.
My very first documents were what is known, and what was theorized to be possible. At first I did not grasp it at all.
I was fantasizing the 3SD was going to hand us gravity control I was very wrong, it was a device to wake us up to remote communication with 100 percent accuracy, with cultures all over the universe who use it already. 15 years later I can now tell you how to identify the elements in a sample of anything on earth faster then a scientific lab can.
The early work began to develop the New Science of Wilbert B. Smith, but one step at a time, I had to learn its truths by experimenting.
The scalar coil was going to hand us free energy and antigravity, but we had no clue just how that could work. So many people turned to sensational goals, rather then keep the science present all the way along the path. To my knowledge I stand totally alone at this point where each colleague has abandons this path for some spiritual meaning of the higher emotions they began to feel during these experiments, and their lack of wanting to calculate any of it for themselves.
For a time of several years I would do calculations for them that would blow them away, because they worked, but none saw this as a talent they needed to develop on their own. The calculations will be lost when I pass, if no one can grasp them.
There is a series I like to watch now and then as it describes exactly how I feel. The world of mankind is blind, and no one but me can see that! LOL!
The series on Netflicks is called "Manifest". It is a lonely feeling to have no one able to comprehend how to light up a car with the higher light and have it approach levitation, disconnecting from the earths gravity field, due to a linear hop in the space between the car and the earth which blocks the natural mixing of the frequencies of radiance between them. This disconnects the gravity field of the earth from the mass of the car! One would think this should be center focus for all mankind reaching from the stars, but yet there is no one to hand it to, who is ready for this reality to be given.
If the collective Spirit of mankind was ready, they would find it.
It is like jumping off a cliff, to ask for these comprehensions and be granted access to them.
The other part is to be able to observe others fantasy work, and know it is not correct, a curse, and yet I have to be positive with them or they will shut down to anything I say or post.
If one has no clue where gravity originates, they will be shooting blind as to how to manipulate it!
There is a Hierarchy to creation, and when we can trace the flow all the way through the atom, it then becomes self evident, where to make the adjustments that will work. One must recognize there is a Source of energy present that runs it all, put this to the test and prove it to the self, observing the self learning it well.
Current science then lights up, and all kinds of experiments are now possible to take it further, but Sensitivity and ability to measure these frequencies can not be bypassed with theories.
Consciousness is the first step and the last to learn.
All science is a result of one man having the ability to observe accurately what is happening in an experiment, and then make the connection to current science.
If one believes they can advance current science without knowledge of it they are very much mistaken.
All new phenomena is ignored if it does not fit in at some level of current knowledge, and this is because the current models work.

My posts are intended to save you years of time with hands on, or with theories you cannot prove, and phenomena you may hit on by accident as well as I also did several times before reaching comprehension. I have strived to make that connection with current science, and as well offer new techniques of measurement that work. However consciousness cannot be avoided if gravity control is your goal, there is no way to disconnect this from flying saucers that power from the Field Fabric using accurate frequencies of vibration.
The monk levitates with no batteries or EM power systems, and the original Saucer craft are the same. Gravity is a vibration system.
While EM can be used to create anti gravity or gravity disconnect effects, very little is necessary to make the mass vibration systems rout correctly.
Gravity is a function of the mass. The mass is located in the Protons at the center of the atoms. This is not complicated, but getting a feel for it may be the greatest hinderance. The calculations have all been done for us already if we ask the right questions.

After I shared the work with the E/P ratio and showed that it was used in Floyd Sweets successful free energy device, I was challenged by people who did not do the calculations for themselves but have erroneous beliefs of the atom, and these were educated people.
I was told that an external magnetic field applied to the atom could hit the Protons at a different intensity then it hits the Electrons and thus my calculation must be in error.
Do you know the distance between the Electrons and Protons in an atom? Do you know how the field drops away with distance from a magnet?
Did you then calculate the difference in the intensity over that distance?
The bottom line however is it works in the experiments, the E/P ratio is real, it was calculated from science, and it works in experiments!
Did they do these experiments....the ones who questioned it did not and would not.
People who were sensitives around the world did the experiments and were amazed at what they felt from them, but alas I handed them something they had no desire to learn to calculate for themselves!
Here is the first atom of the entire creation of the physical level, where the E goes into a bond with the P that forms the first strong force unity that becomes greater then any EM power can become, and they have no clue why it is important to observe for what it is. LOL!
We can emulate this in a circuit! At a larger dimension then the atom, then use it to power our device as if it were the first atom! No one gets it???
I find is very humorous indeed, I cannot even find a way to communicate this to anyone of the public media who is asking for the solutions!
All these guys that say they want to protect free energy devices, and none of them are even reachable!
I got one reply from Rupert Sheldrake saying he has no interest in moving this direction, and wants to stay with the emotional stuff searching for Psi accuracy to somehow prove it works.
I explained we can get 100 percent accuracy in identification of an element at remote distances, and he brushed me off!
He was very pleasant about it all, but it did not fit his protocol of recognizing who is calling you on the phone before you answer.
He is building his protocols on what he expects to work, not on what we have found works perfectly every time.
If you have an emotional connection with a person, many can tell who is calling them on the phone before they answer. But if you do not have an emotional connection with them it simply does not work the same. I can sense when my brother is thinking about calling me on the phone, and do not even need to wait for the call, I can just make it myself, but so what, how does that fit into a provable consistent science?
Nothing Rupert comes up with as data will be accepted by anyone who does not want to open to the subject of consciousness because he will never get 100 percent accuracy with that kind of an experiment. He does get a lot of publicity because of his position, and I do not. I offered him 100 percent accuracy with science and he turned me down. That shows the state of our consciousness at this point in history, he did not even want me to hand him proof.

Now if one follows the lessons from the beginning it is all there and it works every time. It meets the necessary standard of a science perfectly, and is yet totally invisible to most who are seeking the answers in other ways that do not work. This is due to the specialization of education at the professor level. None of them have enough information to realize what they are being offered. They each one have a background of specialized knowledge and that is all. The boundaries of their fields of knowledge are too limiting to span the entire picture. They know a lot about one or two subjects, but not enough about all of them as one larger box that contains all of them.
Technical people are worse, as most know a lot about one section of things that work, as with the NMR professor that will not even look at our work with NVR extracted from his own data on NMR! I used his calculator for many years before adopting one that is far more accurate, and wrote him on occasion to thank him for the online calculator, he never responded to what we were using it for even once. The PHD basically means do not attempt to take me outside my little box! I know it better then you ever will so do not even attempt to teach me anything. LOL!
He handed us the power to manifest Isotopes as dual cone systems that self power, and he could not even understand what I was handing him at all!
Hey look here at what we were able to do using your calculator work! No sorry, no time for this. We already know everything and you do not even have a PHD like us! LOL!
The PHD assumes if you do not have this label then you cannot possibly understand what we already know. I took his online course and did understand it! I did not however take his tests at his university. Some $100,000 dollars a year, are you kidding me, for what? For the grace to teach you more that you do not know about the subject you are teaching??? LOL!

I am giggling reflecting on these experiences with PHD's that did not have opened minds at all about entropy, even when they knew the properties of atoms but could not recognize how they are powered and never stop working!
This stuff is hidden from them, and I see no way to breech the barrier.
That is the frustration of knowing from experience and then finding the science where it connects to what we observe in experiments that are not accepted by the preachers of entropy. It's like go over to your department that is studying psi phenomena, get one of those guys to come over and test this stuff, and see for yourself that it does work!
Lots of little boxes between them, all competing for the limited money for research!

NMR shows us the frequency spectrum of the Nuclear bundle in the Mhz ranges of EM.
The ESR electron shell levels are in the Ghz ranges.
We need to work our way up from the bottom, the lower frequencies first.
I have been able to convert the cones down to audio frequencies where they form layers of fields that are smaller then 1 mm and very safe to experiment with.
These tiny fields will self power from the field fabric as atoms do, since these kind of experiments seem small and unimpressive, they are ignored by the researchers of free energy as well. However we need to understand them before we start adding lots of power, we must be able to control them first.
I have made all the mistakes here, and others do not have to now if they can catch up.

Copper wire and the concept of torsion - tension - and time flow rates for the ego mind
In the early work with sensitives that had found "toxic" energy from copper wire medium, it was good to do an exploration of what they were all talking about. Here was a strong force of some kind that became radiant from winding a copper wire to a specific length, and then scaring them all so much they labeled the coil toxic, and stated it had to be destroyed. I had to face these people who wanted to contain it as a secret, to protect others from it's exposure. They made me jump through hoops to even get the information, and to control how large I made it, to protect myself.
Once built this coil could not be shut off. If one end is connected to an earth ground, the energy became unbearable to work around it. They made all sorts of rules about wire size, and such, to keep the energy low enough to be around it, but two things would happen that caught my interest.
In one of their experiments a voltage had developed on a multi coil system with 90 degree coils, a charge of 15 vdc, and in another, things would disappear, then return later in another location. The main creator of this coil, also stated there were these grey beings that would mess with him, trying to deceive him, pranksters as I recall. So this information was considered something that should only be shared with caution and great care to ensure it was always made with very small wire. Like 30 gauge or so to be safe.
I got the pdf, and the secret code to unlock it, and decided to violate all the rules right off to see for myself what this powerful nasty energy was all about, and why it was causing them so much fear. I went into my karate mode to face the fear head on, decided to keep accurate notes on the experience, and approach it as a true science, observing both the experiment and myself simultaneously.
In the back of my mind the warning, that everyone who had ever made one of these ended up destroying it to control it. All they could say was it is not compatible with our human body or awareness, and once you feel it you will understand.

This was now one man, working with the nature of a very secret copper wire coil, and ready for anything to happen, me observing IT's nature and no one else present to make judgments. A very personal thing to do.
30 gauge wire was only creating confusion for all these others, and they still ended up destroying the coil. As I recall only one person lasted a couple weeks with one of these before destroying it.
My notes indicate, I obtained lengths of bare number 6 wire, lots of copper mass, and I wound two of these coils on an acrylic tube several feet long.
I wound one CW and one CCW to study the difference as they had stated there is a great difference. All the statements from Orgonite people were emotional sorts of reports, and then the phenomena they had no clue about with the gray ones, and the 15 vdc intermittently appearing.
I unwound the heavy wire in a warehouse on the floor and carefully measured it out to 44 feet 6 inches marking it with tape every so far. Cut the two pieces off, then began winding them on the tubes, using hot glue dabs along each turn on about 6 different location so the wires would stay formed when removed from the tubes. The directions were to wind 44 feet on the coil form, with 3 inches free on each end for connections. I followed the direction perfectly.
Expectation is always different then reality when we face the unknown, and this was the ultimate I had ever faced working alone. No one locally had a clue what I was doing. The document I wrote then shows my expectations right after making them and setting them both up on a small table next to my desk with computer on it. Torsion Basics Near the bottom of this document is a photo of the two coils.
I was of course seeking the 15 vdc, as any pure scientist would be, what I got was far different.
I had been connecting clip leads in various ways to the coils, and noting how they felt, feeling this power, and as I worked with them the tension in my head started to go up. This is the mental acceleration of frequency in the physical brain mass that is experienced with Proton compression energy.
I do not remember how long this lasted, maybe two or three days, and what happened next was totally shocking to my experience in a human form body! Best explanation I can offer.
The tension in my head was so strong, and almost painful to endure, and then suddenly, a hole appeared in the fabric of my reality just above these two coils near the celling, and a ring of little gray heads popped into it peering down at me. Maybe 8 to 10 feet over head, this was a large metal building with high celling and it is hard to describe the spatial effect or determine exactly how high up they were.
You know how fear either causes one to freeze or to go into a heightened state of perception. Time changes, as in an accident in a car where you are flying through the air and it seems like forever before you hit the ground again. I was experiencing more time then normal in the moment.
I now refer to this as a different "time flow rate." Our perception is accelerated, and more memories can be stored in our consciousness in far less real time.
Psi people refer to a "download of information" that comes in so fast it may take days for all that information to be realize after we come back to 3rd density time flow rate. Some call it a "psychic flash." This was that on steroids, and so much happened there so fast I have to agree with them and the descriptions of what I had experienced.
Telepathic message was so clear, destroy these coils now! But what I did not realize is that with this came a lot more information that would begin to manifest over the next weeks of designing the RM 1 system, almost intuitively, at each step it felt right, and I was remembering it, rather then designing it myself. I knew things. The form of this device had to be perfectly spherical for it to be tolerable to the human form head and body system.
Many other aspects of these devices "came in" now that I had a real platform of science to fit this over, the limits were removed in what I would be allowed to do in the physical.
I had managed to overcome the fear [emotional charge] and keep the mind working as a technical process, without reacting emotionally, and that is the qualification to be allowed in. I was able to observe both my reaction of the body, and still store accurate memory of what was happening in the "now moment."
This was truly an experience involving consciousness, and the acceleration of the physical ego mind system, without being distracted too much with my personal safety. If I was to die in this experiment, it would be to advance the knowledge of all mankind, and this was the only thing that motivated me to master this comprehension and endure it to the end of the process. Recording as I went, that a record survive me for others to benefit from.
This is the set up of the conscious state that allowed me to remain a scientist through this and gain the respect of the Gray ones of the lower 4th density. Mind over emotions, was the requirement.
I now had my personal proof, there are other realities overlaid on this one, and beings do exist in these other realms, and from their perceptions, this is normal, and it is not metaphysical or a projection of our imaginations at all. They sent me a telepathic message that I could instantly understand!

So much was then realized in the weeks to follow, why people had trouble observing and interacting with saucers as they passed through these levels.
Lower 4th density is so scary on the first visit, most would flee from the room and deem it evil, it all made sense.
Visions of demons, because the vibration frequency is seen as fear by us on the first experiences with it.
I had years of asking to see only what is real, and not allow any changes to fit my personal taste, as others do see their demons in these sort of experiences, and turn to mysticism to explain it to the small ego mind. I saw the grays as they are, in their 4th density level and received an accurate communication with them at their time flow rate of perception. I also recorded it most accurately, with no personal extrapolation of fantasy based on fear.
Like looking over a cliff that is miles down, and your body wants to move away from the edge so bad it almost freezes. And yet you stand there and study the canyon below, driven by the desire to know for sure absolutely the truth of what is real, and what is not real.
After this there is no more need for faith at all, there is only knowing, and that is also expressed in the deeper meditations, the state of the knowing, which is so fast, it is like instant knowing, all at once. This is due to the accelerated time flow rate of the lower 4th density reality.

Most important, I understood the Grays are a very natural part of the creation of the physical hierarchy that constructed and maintains our physics on 3rd density. They have a very valid function and it goes far deeper then we could ever realize, they should be respected for what they do and what they know in maintaining order of the structure of our universe. If we get into a problem with control of our experiments, they are there to assist or to neutralize our mistakes until we eventually learn enough to do it right!
We can use spiritual language to describe this, a lower 4th density attunement experience.
Or we can use a scientific explanation, I punched a hole into another reality that exists along side and just above this one in frequency. A portal.
I not only survived this experience, which was not clear during the experience, but I brought back accurate information to solve many of the technical problems with my mental models of the physics of our reality.
I also "knew" that Tesla, had the same communication with these beings during his development period.
He also worked alone most of the time and had made coils far larger then mine.
Now after this experience knowing that 4th density is real, opened a door for me, that others had been blocked from by fear.
The path of the warrior is to master the self. I had new meaning for the phrase "mind over matter."
While the Orgonite people were playing with their emotions as tastes like recipes for desired emotional states, I had breeched the scientific part and penetrated the 4th density reality as a scientist. Enduring my own emotions and seeing them as less important then truth.
This becomes a different sort of "mental high" the accelerated mind, which can grasp an entire field bubble of information instantly as a comprehension that comes in all at once.
I am relating this experience, because what many are seeking is the "power" from the Quantum Field Fabric, and they will face the same if they choose to explore it personally. there are rules on 4th density to limit this knowledge and power from those who are subject to the emotions which will always result in conflict situations. People are judged as animal or civilized being in this test period as to how they react to this kind of experience.
The danger humans pose to the other civilizations, is that of fast emotional reactions when facing what they do not understand.
Shoot first, from a state of startled fear is not allowed, period.

Every civilization out there in the 3rd density physical has the same directives from 4th density to honor their life form and preserve it. No being wants to die, no matter how different they appear to us, and all of them have a protocol system they use to preserve life of their species.
We should never approach another species without first study of them from the 4th density protocols that preserve their civilizations.

These can all be studied and recorded before ever facing them in the physical to avoid the shoot first reaction of the emotional overlay.
The determination of animal or civilized being is essential to know how to respond to facing them on the first meeting.
Animal reactions, are confined usually to one world. Civilized beings with the sight of 4th density can learn to go and interface with other civilizations and will be allowed. Mankind is still in its infancy in this conflict inside themselves, at the ego mind level.
Until we open this door of the frequency of our conscious ability, and begin to be able to manipulate the Tempic field, we are pretty much confined to the space very near our solar system, at a time flow rate that is far too slow to go anywhere out there.

The time flow rate of our conscious field, is paramount to understanding gravity and manipulating it, as we discovered in the very large Joe Cells in cars.
Personally I do not know if anyone still trapped inside the emotional levels a slave to the emotions, can master this experiment to take a car to the point of disconnect of the gravity field of the earth. I did these things working alone, and never exposed anyone else to these intense fields of energy. But with only one or two layers of the field others do not notice it right off. I still have one layer of the 89/50 on my car, and no one has ever stated they noticed it. However the car still accelerates much faster then it did before the field was added.

One can now take a very much easier journey through these experiences in just knowing what to expect may happen as we enter the realms of more "power." Because with more power comes more responsibility and greater need for control of the power. These issues must be resolved early on to avoid major mistakes with the energy of creation. Where this power must be controlled using mental means, as no physical body motion can shut it off.
Thus a display of the skill in geometry and math is essential to entry into the levels of 4th density science.
The local ego mind system must have these abilities to cipher its way out of a problem that it created.
Reliance on the 4th density body is also essential. It is very real, and all of us have one.
The creation manifests from the higher frequency realms downwards, and all of us entered this physical realm through them, leaving a part of ourselves on each of the three levels. 5th 4th 3rd.
This is the root of all religions where they began with the three in one knowledge.
The lie we face is to expose the fact that all of us have a unique and different being we may see as our God.
Our own 5th density body. This is why mankind must come to an agreement in how to run our physical world, and stop fighting one another.

It should be self evident the physical creation did not come into existence from its own level, or we would all know how it was done.
There is far too much order in this physical universe to ever believe it just happened from a big bang and some random program of numbers.
As we get deeper and deeper into the 4th density science, we realize we are being handed our reality, and ability to create and destroy as we would choose to. If these decisions are not made with sanity and love of the creation, then we will destroy it ourselves.
The magic of consciousness, and being able to observe ourselves, to be a sentient being is a universal quality of this physical universe.
This consciousness that is present everywhere, also contains all the information to create and to use the Quantum Field Fabric to power the manifestations for us once we create them.
To become the creator beings, of our maximum potential. But the science is also a necessary part of this, more then only the higher emotions we will encounter in the higher light.

Deception
After these experiences, and again study of my own experiences with emotions, I came to realize that nearly all intense conflict is based on the miss perception of others emotions and our reactions to this. We generate our own emotions, and thus only we can be responsible for them.
This is taught now in what has been termed co - dependence in relationships, where we tend to make others responsible for our emotions.
It is usually in the state of heightened emotion where we choose to enter into conflict to hurt others physically.
As we tend to blame others for our nasty emotional state, and lose ability of the logic function of the higher mind, to observe and see corrections that will benefit everyone simultaneously.
For the highest good of all involved becomes a mantra, that will release one from feeling responsible for others emotions.
Emotions are contagious for those who are unaware of this reality.
A person new to spirituality will try to take on others emotions and fix them with higher frequency meditations, and deem the lower frequency emotions are to be avoided at all costs.
A person seasoned over years of experience, will realize all emotions are temporary states, and will pass if given their due time to be felt internally.
They will stop entering into situations of conflict by choice and watch other go through this process, and simply allow them the space to do it.
7 years at each level was the normal process for the human form body to begin to wake up and become bored at each level.
This means that to end our emotional development we have to feel all of them most intensely! Suppressing the emotions will lead to disease that can become chronic.
One would not think of this in our society as a technical process, but that needs to change, because it is a very technical process for the human form body to reach a state of freedom and love for the creation.
The wars come to mind right now, as we chopped one other up with swords, then hardly felt it as the others sword passed through our heart.
We fell to the ground not really feeling it yet, and as we were lifted back out towards our higher bodies, the first thought at looking back down, what a waste. How much better life could all be then this, over and over!
Entering into a war with swords and shields, changes ones mental frequency to a point of not even feeling when we are the one being slaughtered. The mental acceleration in real time, and the courage of facing death head on , not knowing who will live and who will die. Thousands of years of living through these kind of endings with emotions running wild. Few ever lived to become as old as today, to reach that level of emotional maturity, and stop following the emotions of the moment, to later resolve all inner conflict we project onto others we do not understand.
This is the same with other cultures out there, we can make emotional judgments about, without knowing them from the inside 4th density protocol level.

If you really want to know why mankind does not have these advanced tools of free energy, this will be revealed from your own experiences of past lives. Our own experiences with emotion reveals it most accurately even if we become aware in this lifetime. Longer lives are necessary to advance beyond this level of comprehension.
This is not a prison planet for anyone who can raise above the level of animal reactions. That is key to exploration of space beyond our civilizations reach in the physical.
After the 7 years of mental work, above the heart level, we can enter into the realms outside the physical body with accurate perceptions.
We can see and understand the larger picture of an entire race of people, a civilization we can know at all it's level of consciousness, and have the freedom to take this knowledge with us anywhere we go, there are no possible secrets from a 4th density aware being right down to the construction of the physical body to the level of the atoms. There is no where we cannot examine and cipher. This cannot be released to anyone who is not fully ready.
There are no prison keepers out there limiting us, we have to be controlled as animals on one world until we have progressed beyond that desire of experience.
If you encounter teachers who think they are awake and favor emotional theories of conspiracy or bliss in the light, are not actually accurately awake.
They have to get through the emotional levels first to begin to see clearly.
When and if they can then move into the mental part and start to create machines that actually work, is an indication of mastery. Power will be the last thing they are allowed to work with, and the conflict is between their own physical body and their own higher bodies.
The astral 4th density body will keep the physical body veiled, and in a state of deception, to fully experience the emotions as very real.

My attention was drawn to a device created by Bill Jensen some years back. I have been working on this off an on ever since to attempt to quantify why it works, and how to improve it. Many people mess with this and never get it to work, but Bill did and we have seen plenty of photos showing it working.
What really caught my attention was the frequency he used to start it working 3.72477 Mhz.
This caught my eye because it is 1/2 the gravity fractal I measured from the distance between the earth and the moon, as a field with power that holds the moon in its orbit. 7.45 cm / 2 = 3.725 which is his frequency rounded off. The diameter of his primary coil at the bottom is related to this frequency also as a pi/2 extension of it, which would make the field spin up.
He posted the pic below in public forums for our information, so I will post it here also. Along with a diagram I am working on to create a possible Gravity coil system.
He noted gravity anomalies when it was working, as well as strange things happening with a drill bit bending at an angle without breaking off.

Here is what I wrote over a year back when observing this system.

Summary:
Top Coil - Resonates the "copper ringing wave form" as EM on relaxation of the square wave. Generates 5 Mhz 1/2 wave resonance EM on the coil.
Bottom coil - Pulse at 3.725 Mhz is 1/2 Gravity fractal frequency 7.45 Mhz. This creates a split in real time cutting the 3.725 Mhz wave into two segments of high tension at 7.45 Mhz.
Oscillator - Changes DC level of Gravity wave at 7.45 Mhz, splitting it into two DC voltages generating a 3.725 Mhz AC EM wave in sync with Gravity fractal wave.
Each time the Oscillator goes to zero volts, the top coil rings at 5 Mhz positive pulses.
Each time the Oscillator goes to +6 volts, the top coil rings at 5 Mhz in the negative direction.
I believe this fully describes the effect.

Ok I found a Tempic Field resonance length from the Bottom coil.
195.5 cm must be the distance of the copper tube length coil at the bottom between the two 90 degree bends.
Set a caliper to 195.5 mm and you can feel what this does at 1/10x, turn it vertical then horizontal.
Set a razor knife on a tape measure at 195.5 cm, place hand on the tape and feel the pulse he is describbing.
EM resonance approx 150 Mhz at 2 meters tube length.

If we look now at the gravity fractal 7.45 cm operating in the horizontal direction, we can generate a circle in the air by holding the pi/2 harmonic horizontally.
7.45 cm x Pi/2 = 11.702 cm = 4.6 inch = diameter of lower coil 3/8" thick copper wound on a 4" diameter tube. Creates Proton spin CCW.
Set calipers to 117.02 mm and run a sensitive finger around to discover it generates a curve between the inner gap edges forming a complete circle of energy, a boundary layer.
This is a gravity powered form, and the pi/2 ratio converts it into a circular form of CCW spin.
It would thus be interesting to study a coil with diameter of 117.02 mm.
Wind the coil to a resonance of 7.45 mhz / 2 = 3.725 Mhz and see what it does?
Set up a small load on the coil, energize it at 3.725 Mhz with a sine wave, and see if it self sustains the load.
The coil may have to be oriented vertically, as the turns will set horizontally.
We could also look at derriving an E/P ratio to assit the self sustaining mode as we tap into the G wave using copper coils.
There are many ways to approach this, and experiment is in order to find the best ones.

This was speculation from other things I have done.
Basically however the gravity fractal coil can be constructed and then studied, to see if it accelerates the Protons EM field as expected.
When the Electrons spinning in the CW direction takes the energy in the upper coil system with smaller diameter, we should get a winding of the spin at smaller diameter. The coil at the bottom will control the Proton or cold energy of the system all the way up the through the top coil, since it is resonant with gravity and operating on the Proton mass vibration. The top coil however is calculated to an EM resonance using light velocity as normal EM responds.
The vibration on the lower coil will self sustain. Then the upper coil can be stimulated at a different Mhz frequency that it is resonant at. Best guess.
He indicates 1.2 mhz 2.4 and 4.8 mhz are frequencies he also uses in another post. While we know that copper medium has a square wave resonance at about 5 Mhz, which was my first guess for the upper coil resonance.

Hierarchy of creation is unavoidable
All things that are, spring from Consciousness operating on the Tempic Vibration field. If they are brought up with precise frequencies, and ratios, they power from the field fabric.
The Quantum Field Fabric is there constantly, everywhere all around us, we are never without energy.

I do not know why, but comprehension is more important then any amount of blind duplication, to them.

They will intervene to assist, if we get into trouble with the creative forces of nature.
We have so much help out there, if we choose the mental opening, over our person emotional desires.
When the mental building blocks of creation start to fall into line from a real foundation that works, it becomes an experience of enlightenment that changes us internally to a state of love of the creation, as we start to become involved in creation, rather then destruction.
This is the most satisfying path I can express so poorly in words. To understand how the creation process works, is a true mental acceleration experience. When we get it right, and our experiments start to work, and we have full comprehension of how they work, this is an achievement better then any emotional high one can every experience.
The emotions are temporary and always have two sides, the mind is "forever on" and is present through all time we experience, nothing is ever lost.
As with any personal achievement, we then have the power to use it as we determine is necessary to preserve our race on this world, or to apply it to evil. The more personal power, the greater the responsibility to have perfect control.
A higher science always appears first as magic, to ones without comprehension.
If you were in my area for only a couple days, you may witness things that do not make any sense, but blow your mind and change everything you ever thought was true about entropy. You would then need a mental model for your ego mind to overcome the fear of what you experienced.
We can build from the field fabric upwards, once we have breeched how it is done.
Interaction with the Field is personal. Everything that veils this off from our awareness is inside us.
It cannot be used widely on our world by anyone who has not experienced it first hand and come to a level of comprehension.
The progression is simple at each step of discovery, but very hard in that to maintain the mental focus over the emotions only comes later in life.
Our life times are very short.
Once the mind wakes up, it will never go back to an emotional goal, always the "purity of knowing" is the better state of our personal consciousness, for it is the one thing that does not change and records everything. Emotions come and go, but the mind is forever.
Mankind has the potential, to become a self sustaining civilization, as we learn how the atoms are also self sustaining forms of the Field that is everywhere.
These are my personal observations, only from what I have personally experienced, between me and the universe we find ourselves inside of.
This is the true science, and nothing is beyond our sincere questioning, and thus our final comprehension.
We must continue to test our ego mind mental models against what actually works in real experiments. The mind can then make the changes and reprogram itself. This is the human being potential that does not exist in the animal worlds.
We have capability of changing ourselves to live in different ways as a civilization. To become responsible for the state of mankind.
As humans, we must all begin to agree, and "choose" to act as one, as on 5th density we are not one, we are all separate beings.

Science has no limits

There is no existence that is not technical in our 3rd density reality of heavy matter.
4th density is where the programs can be openly read and comprehended that operate the physical universe we can see and observe.
The notion that a true science can breech right into what we used to hold as spiritual realities, is a hard one to accept at first.
As we note even in altered states of consciousness, with this access to 4th and 5th, there is definitely change and thus time is present there.
As well there is frequency of consciousness that is different, at different time flow rates, then in 3rd.
In the Light Activation of a car, we experience the 4th density time flow rates, and at first it may be very hard to make sense of.
We see the higher light in the tuning process, a previously spiritual experience filled with imagination and wonder at present, which causes us to not see it's truth as another physical reality with different physics that it is. We must then start to notice there is time present, there is space present, and there is form present also, at each of the other levels.
Many will say there is no time, while in that state because they are not using their logic mind to get there.
It is very easy to dispel this when the logic mind comes back online and the memory of the experience is examined.
In the same sentence they will say, there is no time, but something there changes and moves, and not even realize how impossible that is.
These statements are not logical or true, but they are blinded by the bliss of the higher light experience, and then logic is not yet present there.
To become fully awake, one must have the entire brain mass present in one coherent vibration field bubble. But the opening is slow and uses first only 1/2 the brain mass. The logic side must be brought in by calling on it to be useful to record and reflect on the truth after the experiences but never given full control as it will limit all things to what is already known.
The logic mind is then ever present to record all that happens at higher rates of frequency. It is a tool of the physical side, and must not be abandoned with the bliss of the higher light. To have this dual awareness, of the higher energy of the field fabric, and at the same time have the logic mind present to serve the science, is a mastery of the physical minds parts or functions all working as one.
Do you believe your own science, the Strong force field bubble that binds every atom into this reality is 137 times more powerful then any EM field can become.
Do you believe that?
Yet when people step into the psi reality of direct experience they tend to toss out all the knowledge of the physics and do not remember they are inside this experiment! They turn into small children with amazingly vivid creations of imagination, rather then using the Ego mind properly as the tool of logic that it has potential for.
For the science of mankind to the atomic level is now complete, as to the physics.
Even the secrets of the A bomb have been released, and without realizing it, we can all attain the knowledge of how it works, and the geometric forms of the three field forces. We only need look at the real data and then ask ourselves the correct questions. From where is the power for all this coming from, and why do the atoms not wind down as current science would have us falsely believe. Everything from about Bismuth down is given a half life that can never be measured as the times given are so long they may as well be infinite to us. A tiny atomic particle, that never stops working to correct both its frequency and form repeatedly no matter what we throw at it short of a nuclear destruction.
The atom can only be destroyed using a shock wave of vibration that overpowers the nuclear strong force, 137 times stronger then any EM field.
That was of course the first discovery, and now they have unstable atoms that will do this when the mass is increased. They set up two spheres, and when they touch we have a total nuclear release. Thus the nuclear reactor is now possible, but very dangerous if the rods melt down that keep the reactions under control.
The destruction of atoms is very dangerous for human exposure, where in we can instead set up mock atoms at larger fractal dimensions, that do not have to be destroyed to provide useful power. This may be a mind blower for most of formal education, but it is ever self evident, to anyone who has seen it work.
Instead we have to have take down frequencies to shut it back off, and this is the new danger we face with free energy.
When we cut off the source of energy to an atom, it will vanish, rather then spay us with nuclear particles.
Just as when we cut off the Source of gravity, we also loose all inertial restrictions to motion. All the Newtonian laws of motion change.
We need only look to the skies to realize others have ciphered this already, to turn at 90 degree with no inertial restrictions, is beyond most peoples mental comprehension.
Now we can experience these phenomena in a car with an internal combustion engine, because spin is a universal property of everything, and the engines crank is spinning in a circle of high mass. It could not be any other way. This is the same as the mass of the atoms. They spin under a power, causing the E and P interactions to oppose in direction of spin, and it takes power to generate this opposition of forces, to create mass.
We do know where this power comes from, and Max Planck ciphered this a long time ago.
Light Activation of a Car
So why did they suppress the "zero point field" understanding that Max Planck ciphered, must be real to explain all we see in direct experiments?
Do you believe Max Planck actually ciphered the Zero Point Field? Is it real? And what experiment would you need to observe this and then realize is proves itself?
Fortunately this knowledge is controlled from a higher level of consciousness, we cannot access until we become personally civilized, and with it comes the love of the creation experience, the reverence of all conscious life forms, as we recognize that is also what we are. There is no living beings that wants to destroy itself, and thus a reverence for life in the experience of other life forms is a natural result.
No life form can thus be judged as evil, as they would then enter of state of self destruction as well.
To experience an atom, setting on the bench that both self powers and self corrects at larger dimension we can directly experiment with, changes all we ever thought we knew about our world. Then to take it back down using a TDF, is the ultimate in realizing how fragile our world is to the advanced races.
They have stated they could take down our entire world and then the field it occupies would have to start over with a new process of creation of form.
From what I now know, they could do this from well outside the boundaries of our planet, by shutting down the convergent vibrational force that sustains it from moment to moment. This is the 4th density knowledge, and imagine how that could be abused if the Grey were not there to ensure it does not happen.
The conscious awareness of men only fully becomes coherent when facing the fear of death.
It does not become coherent as of yet from the Love of the creation experience, as we have not yet perfected this to be good for all people present on this world.
911 is one example of an event that captured all mankind's focus with a state of fear.
The CV disease is another.
The Love of healing has not had such an effect as of yet, but it is the ultimate experience for the emotions just the same.
This is a very technical process of consciousness, and existence in physical bodies as individuals disconnected from one another in purpose and desire by personal choice.
A mankind that truly seeks comprehension, will ultimately see all humans as the same value of life form, and desire no conflict every arise between them, but for now we are experiencing the heightened states of fear, to learn that physical life is not the end.
It is only on 5th density where no one can be destroyed by another, and so we do not even attempt it there.
For the Awareness was there at the beginning, and divided itself into what we might call souls, to have interactions of different perceptions in relationships, exactly as atoms do.
The experience from the outer boundary of this universe, is the same for all. Everyone of 5th density opening says the same things, and the NDE experiences prove it to anyone with an opened mind. Once we grow accustomed to the intensity of the light on 5th, we realize, we are all the same in this existence, and choosing all we do to incarnate into the lower time flow rates of the physical. In these lower layers we can have conflict and war, and death seems very real, and things move very slowly compared to the "knowing all at once" we have on 5th. The lower emotions are a great focus for most, and create never ending conflicts in the physical, over belief systems that are all different, and none are correct or accurate.
"Sliding" the frequency spectrum is not to be left to accidental discoveries. It is also a true science of perception of the higher self, which can send the information into the physical brain if that is the choice of the individual in a lifetime here.
We must however achieve accuracy with this ability, and test it locally on our world for the proof.
This process begins with an opened mind and the desire to find only what is true, and then filter out all that is the lie we use to heighten the emotions.
It is a technical process, as much as a spiritual opening.
We can test ourselves for accuracy at every level of perceptions, both locally and at distance.
This begins with the small scale experiments in perception, and the ability to feel the tempic field energy and measure it accurately.

These are technical functions that can be fully tested and measured for accuracy. When we achieve accuracy with remote scanning at 100 percent, only then are we ready to approach the advanced races and expect accurate communications.

Know that any one of the advanced races could take down this world in a millisecond, no explosions, and no vortexes, only the pure Quantum Field Fabric would remain and a new start for the consciousness to develop a new system of life.
Ask yourself why they have not already done this?
They will not interfere with our Grey Protocols, as the Grey ones are the reason they cannot intervene at this time.
They have shown up for me at times to isolate my exposure to these other cultures, and when they do, the other cultures respect this and back off immediately. These protocols are honored everywhere, as far as I know.
The Grey that protect this world, are the only reason we are sill here.
Any one of us can leave this world on the next cycle to the higher light at our death, we come here by personal desire to participate at this level of awareness. It offers challenges, that cannot exist on the higher planes of immortality as consciousness that we each are, separated from the oneness until the end of this universe, if there is an end.
Awareness is universal, in this universe. It is the beginning and will be present at the end. "The boys topside."

I was very sad to learn that Nissam Harrimen, who first came up with the concept of fractals, does not even know how to use them correctly as of yet.
If he does he is not telling in his presentations. How could someone be so right and yet not able to apply his own theories to the data?
Maybe it simply is not self evident to someone of extreme ego programming, with no sliding ability as of yet.
Public figureheads have a different purpose, then nuts and bolts experimenters. They do not want information from outside, near as I can tell, when they have a large audience relying only on them for guidance. They are no longer searching, only attempting to prove what they already believe is the truth. They have their place in society, but still need to have real exposure to things that work. Experiences outside what they already believe, without worry of how they appear to others.
I took data directly from his online site to cipher the planck length fractals, and they work! Why would he be blind to that?
Application of this data is missing from his teachings.
So maybe we all have a different path to present, a different perception, and between all of us the solutions are already there.

Is the Quantum level really based on probabilities?
From the Planck Length fractals I can state absolutely not.
The problem here is in the measurement of electron positions and velocities. For how can devices that use electric fields ever be used to detect something smaller then individual electrons? They are caught up in EM measurements, and thus have no ability to see or measure any smaller.
As there is no way to use an electron circuit to detect the Planck length level of our reality, and when they do get hits, they are a probability of observing something, current science has a blindness limited to EM detections. This is where all the theories of chaos and probability originate, in the false notion that they can observe something smaller then an electron using electrons to detect it. Even if light is used the wavelengths are the limit of resolution and the photons are discrete.
We then use vibration techniques to bring up a field of energy from the Quantum level to our bench level of dimension and discover it is most stable and always present everywhere we do this. There is nothing of probability about this, it always works, and always produces the same forms as we would desire to calculate them. This using the fractal system we can observe anything anywhere at any level of dimension using simple geometric calculations and the laws of vibration.
Just as the atoms are always present and always stable, we can raise up cones and spheres that operate in that same way, using absolutely no functions of probability!
Probability theory, is a mistaken notion of the limits of resolution of electron detection, where in the first field force does not contain spin at all and lies well below the dimensions of the electron, a 2D form of energy of the second order of manifestation in the quadrature field fabric and not the prime level of the Tempic field operation level.
With the Planck Length fractal evidence, it becomes self evident, we can indeed prove this level of reality not only exists but likely is the source of energy of the atom as well, at least in part. It is ever present, consistent, and repeatable in experiment.
That we can deal with something so small and yet make it appear for us at our dimension of consciousness, is truly amazing, and without the knowledge of vibration and fractals, we could have no other hope of observing it directly.
Once we have our proof personally we can then begin to use this knowledge to power different forms of energy directly, and they will never wind down or run out of power.
This information was all given in our current science, but hidden in it's teaching methods and erroneous assumptions.
An electron society, can never reach a level of comprehension of a Quantum Field Fabric or how it operates even to create electrons and protons.
While the muon may exist, its life is very short as a transient spin motion as matter is either created or destroyed.
Physics is deceiving itself, as they belief they are always right, and interpreting things correctly and yet can not see anything other then what an EM field can detect.
The spherical vibration sense is only limited by the reach of the ability of the 4th density body to sense and measure, then send this back to the physical brain to be used in the creation of new mental models that always work consistently at levels well below what our EM instruments can reach down to.
It is the stability of an electron that limits seeing below this level. To construct a two dimensions spin system, as the electric field, takes far more time then to construct a one dimensional vibration flux in the Quantum Field Fabric. The Tempic field is operated on by consciousness only, and is used to construct the electron with more complex motions.
Once the electron is constructed, it can then be used to create the atom, in combination with the Proton construct, which contain the mass vibration binding force of the Strong Force field bubble.
Working only at the level of EM one is lost to understand the anomalies of the fast pulsing wave forms of short and powerful transition intervals.
If one cannot feel and detect the vibration fields as they arise, and equate them to technical data for verification, they are lost in a realm of mysteries which can never be solved at that level of detection.
Using the vibration sense, one can breech this limit, and with fractal expansion prove to oneself the calculations of Max Planck were right on and accurate. We can also detect the Isotope level of atoms and learn to control them using vibration rather then EM techniques.

Are people going to choose to take this further? I do not know, but it can be taken much further.
Gravity manipulation and free energy lie in the choice to move further down below the level of the electron science, and start to have comprehension of the Quantum Field Fabric in real experiments that work.
The irony, is that sensitives have always been working at the Quantum Field Fabric level, and Isotope vibration field level. They just never applied the science to it, to make machines that work consistently. They work off the intuition which always has an emotional reasoning behind it and they cannot and will not measure or quantify what they are sensing.
The furthest science has taken it is to the body meridians of the Chinese systems of healing that go back thousands of years. They did create a science of the bodies fields of chi flows. As one become sensitive to these flows of energy in their own body, they can start to feel the heat and electricity of these flows become much stronger. Enough to feel the fingers are on fire, or going cold, or any other possible sensation that may result in the flow of energy from the field fabric that is always there and ready to power anything we can comprehend and learn to feel.
Consciousness always trumps the higher field forces of EM, and even as the strong force can contain the electron shells, some of our devices can stop the flow of electric fields down a wire. They are more powerful then EM can become, when we raise them up correctly.
Some of our experiments with the earths core fields have knocked down EM devices all around the points of experiment.
These events are real, and I was there in the center of doing them, and experienced the phenomena first hand with a group of several others operating world wide to the same center of gravity of this planet.
The irony is that the people working with consciousness have the ultimate power in the development of our sciences, if they will just embrace them as a true science, and get past the playing with their own emotions.
The roller coaster ride of the emotions amplified is never ending and never stable. When that is finally realized from doing it over and over, then one is ready move beyond that level of awareness, into the levels of creation of form. To see both the yin and yang simultaneously in the dance that is never ending in this universe.
So many of the sensitives are overwhelmed with the bliss states that are not permanent, and thus a constant effort to generate more and more higher states for longer periods, at the cost of local interactions and the life they came here to experience, for all that will be handed us on our death bed.

The Photon
Here is where Max Planck shined. In proof of the phenomena of a photon and its path through space.
Max was able to prove without a doubt that as a photon of energy traverses any distance in space it neither looses or gains energy.
It's frequency is the same from the point where it was transmitted to the point where it is received, and its frequency alone determines its energy level.
This is important for the Quantum Field Fabric Experimenter to understand. As a photon moves through space at light velocity, both its frequency and its energy level is preserved without any losses.
Then this carries over onto what happens when it hits the electron shells or proton shells of atoms, and transfers this energy into and then back out of atoms layered shells. Electrons change energy states as they hoop to different orbital position, and again no energy is lost at this level of physics.
This is quantum level operations, and there is no entropy present at all in this level of the system where atoms work!
This has not been hidden from anyone of higher learning, yet they still do not see what is right there under their noses.
They continue to use EM technology for observations, and continue to see losses in the circuits of detection and still do not realize what they are doing, and how Planck revealed what is just underneath their measurement systems.
No one seems to realize that through the use of fractal manipulation of these no loss systems we can bring them up to bench level for experiments, without an intermediate EM circuit in between.
This is absolutely stupid to me at this point, in that they will not even consider such a thing is possible, they are so hooked to EM as a method of detection, there is nothing else that exists to them.
Yet ones like Planck were able to calculate it accurately, and indicated there is no problem with probability at all. It always works the same.
Every photon has a frequency indicating its energy level and that value is never lost in its travel through space at light velocity!
Thus we can come to view light velocity as a no loss resting state of energy.
It is only in the Electron Proton fight of opposite spin fields, we start to see a small drop in the velocity of these fields creating the mass interactions with space. Resistance to a change of velocity or direction as a gyro will show us. The term is acceleration, of either velocity or direction of motion. These require power to operate as they do. The Isotope is where this power is displayed in its resistance to a change of directional tilt of its spin fields.
The atomic motions are all slightly lower then light velocity, and with this lowering comes the mass of the atoms in the Field Fabric. Everything that moves with c velocity requires no external power to maintain itself, and experiences no losses.
We can reduce the drag of inertial changes by alignment of the Isotopes in a mass that is consistently the same element structure, buy cutting it to specific length of the sum of all the isotopes present. We can use the height or the base of the cones fractal to accomplish this manipulations and create the frisbee effect in the mass of the atoms.
The only reason this can even work is that for any distance in the field fabric there is a resonant frequency, if we find the Isotopes frequency, it will then identify a length or set of fractal lengths that can be used to entrain it. [Max Planck]
The Isotope cone spins at 90 degrees to its height length, and thus when we align them all, we get a flat plane of spin at the level of it's mass.
We then experiment with accelerating it, say in a car, and we realize that if we turn the spin plane to the direction of travel it stops resisting acceleration as much. We turn down the inertial drag as if taking off the brakes in a car.
We have accomplished a nuclear manipulation, at the Isotope level of the atoms and changed the way it responds to acceleration.
If one never tries this, and sees it work, they would never realize the power of nuclear manipulations!
All you need is the ability to calculate it, and to understand the Isotope structure, and how it is powered from the field fabric by the lateral surface area of the cones.
You also need the data I have handed you, mm = khz for equating the Isotope frequency structure with its vibration frequency, as Max already stated is the way it works.
If we set up a correct gap length in space, an Isotope will form inside that gap distance, because that is how the field fabric works.
At the Quantum field level of atoms, it is generated using a conscious focus of the distance, but at our level with fractals we can use two wires with a gap distance between them to manifest it at much larger dimensions. This hands us the proof that the math is correct.
There are multiple ways to manifest a conical system from atomic models, some are dangerous, and some are very much self contained and easy to control. We can change the angle on the tip of the cones, using calculation to preserve the lateral surface area, and generate self powering cones that are very stable. The 30 degree cones of the actual atoms are not stable without the electron shells to isolate them, and they will attach to other forms of energy around the experimental area and may grow without limits just as it is very easy to manifest elements in a Joe Cell that are very complex forms of nuclear construction and will attach instantly to the H1 atoms with diamagnetic field exposed.
The diamagnetic field exposure hands us the nuclear forces. We can then tap into them very easily. ABCH elements are prime for this.
Aluminum Bismuth Copper Hydrogen are the main ones, but ones like chromium can also be accessed with very low level diamagnetic fields.
We can even tap into iron with an extremely low abundance and manipulate the isotopes if that is desired, which it is usually avoided due to the resulting stress fields it sets up that can cause headaches.
The presence of the diamagnetic field is what stops electrons from crashing into the nuclear center of the atoms, and this should become self evident in dispelling the lie that we do not understand why this happens.

How can we raise up a field of vibration that is stable and will neither increase or decrease over time, perfectly maintaining it's energy state?
This is immediately possible using vibration energy.
In the first case we discovered that using phi is dangerous, as it may start to grow without limits.
In the second case we discovered that a pi/2 ratio will in fact do this and provides a very stable system that self maintains its field over time, seemingly infinitely through time. We can do this with a water cell, and two SS tubes, and draw energy from it also as it maintains its vibration power level perfectly. The water will start to go down much more rapidly then with normal evaporation and never stop working.
This is also nice to feel as it seems to be a perfect harmony state to the human body. A perfect musical 5th as I recall, but using fractal methods we do not normally hear with our ears. We instead feel it with the bodies nervous system and brain mass directly. We apply either caliper distances, or vibration coils with F gen.
Once the pi/2 was discovered to work seemingly forever without degradation of entropy present, this became a whole field of investigation.
The very mass of the stainless steel tubes could hold this vibration ratio and never stop vibrating at whatever frequency set we chose to install on them.
The two frequencies interact to produce an infinite string of numbers past the decimal point to seemingly infinitely small dimensions, in the mixing of the two fields.
This fracturing of our reality down to atomic dimensions, where there is no entropy present, seems to work very well.
This causes more change to be present in less space then it normally would be, and creates more density or tension in the field fabric.
The irrational fracturing ratios, causes the Source field to have to spend more time making changes in smaller areas of the space.
It feels as if we are accessing God and causing him to spend more time in our local area of space. A sensation description only, but it does have a conscious effect on us operating very near it.
As we progressed we discovered many more of the ratios of nature that can be used in device calculations, and probably the most important one for EM extraction the E/P ratio. This may set up an underlying coherent field vibration that does not decay and is not entropic, but can assist EM power at the circuit level, as it does at the atomic levels. These circuits rely on a load being present to maintain the vibration path between source and load, as it is the load that produces the vibration needed to increase the input side in a non entropic circuit path. EM does not work this way at all.
Nuclear mass vibration, from the atoms level, is the only system I have found which can operate without entropy stopping it or making it decay over time in energy level. Although it may also be possible from the level of photons of light as these are non entropic as well.
Vibration is the easiest to prove, and takes very little effort or complexity to demonstrate.
The use of non entropic energy forms is essential to free energy devices that have internal control, as atoms have internal controls.
To regulate both frequency and form no matter what we do to load down the electron shells from outside interferences.
We can set this up for a room full of sensitives and they go crazy with it right off, as they can all feel it very powerfully.
We set this up for a room full of scientists who think they know a lot and want it all explained first in technical jargon, and few can even feel it working!
It is truly a self mastery to get both working as they should, the ego mind only to record what the feel felt is receiving, and then to calculate and understand it after the experience is done. If the feel felt can remember how something feels then it can duplicate it and project it accurately.
One can actually learn to install a pi/2 field on a Joe Cell with the finger tips, or even just using the mind, when it becomes second nature.
The danger is that then the person will stop doing the calculations and measurements that work, and can no longer share the data with anyone else.
This is a new age of renaissance activity, where we must develop and coordinate two parts of our mental operations to work together as one goal.
The feel felt vibration sensory ability, and the mental ego mind that can then comprehend and amplify using calculations that work.
While it starts out with simple exercises with vibration and feel felt work, the end path is what we have all been searching for, the free energy and the gravity control systems that work. I do not have a short cut path to perfecting both avenues of advance they must both develop together as one system, and our human form body has full access to both.

Power Supply Phenomena
In the early design of power supplies for electronics, they had taught of a cancelling coil being used to filter out the 120 Hz ripple resulting from the tube rectifiers. This is a small linear ferrite bar, with a wire turned back on itself then wound down the ferrite. This comes right out of my electronics course materials [CIE Cleveland Institute of Electronics] in the 70's, back when we were taught both tube and transistor electronics. This is before desk top computers existed.
Much of the older equipment, F gens and old tube radios used this arrangement, as it reduced the weight of the older large heavy filter choke that was used originally.
Back in these days their was more psi phenomena being experienced with these early units.
One sensitive in Europe spoke to the dead through an old tube radio.
The way it worked was when the person was fully tuned into the radio they discovered it could still power itself if the tubes were removed.
The connection being made by the sensitive, could make the speaker still work with the tubes removed after he had worked the radio for some time and got the vibration field working, connecting him up into the 4th density, and still able to tune through the tuning knob.
They claimed they could hear the dead speak through the radios speaker.
Everyone of course who witnessed this believed it at the time, but few would realize it had any merit who read about it.
I certainly did not, until it happened to me.

I had purchased an older used F gen from the early transistor era, when transistors were new, because it had a nice analog dial on it. I could tune it smoothly across the frequency bands up to about 2 Mhz, and got this old unit to use with my newly designed scalar coils.
The Phillips PM5132 [0.1Hz - 2Mhz right on the front panel.] It could put out about 35 volt signals, although I never turned it up that high.

This was great for sensitivity tuning as I could connect it to the scalar coil and then smoothly slide up and down the bands. It could not hit NMR frequencies up around 10 Mhz but it was able to find lots of mass vibrational resonant peaks in different things.
This opened me to a new world of scanning the universe as well, using my own mind and finding all the blocks where I could not feel it and needed work.

So one day I come in and set down to the unit push the power button and start tuning the scalar coil, and feeling it working just fine again as it did the day before. Then after a time of working with it and having all the same vibration responses from it, I happened to gaze across the room and noticed the power plug to the unit laying on the floor, it was not plugged into the wall anymore, but the scalar energy tuning of the knob was working just as it had over the past weeks. The maid who vacuumed the room had unplugged it, near as I can tell.
The cord on this unit was about 15 feet, so not surprising really.
A shot of fear ran through me, as I realized the unit was still working to tune across the frequency bands but with only the scalar coil attached to power it. My expecting it to work as normal may have been one of the reason that it did???
My newer integrated 15 Mhz F gen did not have this response at all, when I attempted to see if it would work the same, so I tore into the circuit diagram of the unit to discover the filter choke I had been taught existed in my CIE training.
That unit always felt nice to me and touching the Aluminum ring around front panel was nice, having a feel about it missing in other test gear.
Without realizing it, I had connected to that vibration energy, and coupled it somehow through the tuning capacitor system of the unit into my scalar coil outside the unit and between these two coils I had a flow of the conscious vibration energy, and it was still tunable with the power button on or off.
When I started to feel this new kind of energy, and connect with it, I had some new phenomena happen that totally blew my mind.
Now I understood why in the olden days this was far more common.

While this gave credence to the old stories, now for me it was real, would anyone even believe me?
I remember finding that F gen on ebay, and paying an arm and leg for it to be delivered by ups from Florida to Alaska. I just knew that was the one I wanted, and so I payed the high price for it, probably much more then it was valued at if you found one locally or at a garage sale.
As it turned out, it may have been a nudge from spirit, to hand me what I had been asking for. The secrets to gravity control and saucer technology.
All this totally fit into the work of Wilbert Smith and his descriptions that at the roots of the Quantum Field Fabric was awareness. Awareness had to be present at the beginning or starting point for a universe to exist as we observe it today. Asking any questions as to how or why this existed is obviously something we cannot answer from our level of observation so it is not productive to ask that question. We are aware, and we know that we are, and that must be enough to define the starting point of the physical reality and the field forces.
I was hitting on the primary field force of the universe, and experiencing it directly. Somehow it was connected to our conscious awareness.

Through that document I then began to desire to have a field bubble I could set inside of completely.
This became like a desire that was present but I did not really understand why, or needed to know why.
With experiment 7 I found the correct method, to construct the field bubble I could then set inside of with spheres of energy reaching out to fill the room completely. It felt really good to be inside a spherical field bubble like this and have control of it's frequency directly from the F gen.

I could now begin to log real data, and quantify this field that responds to conscious interaction. I was passing by the ones of feel felt emotional euphoria they all sought, and maintaining my logic mind presence to record results and make observations that could be calibrated and shared with others.
I also by now had an experience with the Grey protectors of lower 4th density, if I got into trouble I knew they could appear and send me telepathic assistance, but alas using this device reduced that need greatly as full comprehensions come in as complete spheres of information already.
I could now tune this field bubbles size and frequency for myself, with correct geometry to get real answers and data as well.
The unit, in a big way, was teaching me how to use my pineal system which I did not yet fully realize, and that someday I would be able to do all this stuff without the unit present at all, once my 4th density body could communicate with my physical body through it's methods used on 4th density.
The scalar coil was now set inside the base of the RM unit, and its vibration hit the crystal sphere and could be tuned to any frequency and become radiant into the room around the sphere as platonic form vibration fields. The various magnet rings on the ferrite base at angle created more tension on the bismuth core, increasing the output of the field bubble.
I was now finished with the basic design of the RM-1 unit, and could begin using it to "slide" the earth, to any point on the earth and read any frequency I encountered remotely. I used to place the left hand on the sphere during these slides out, but later learned to feel it without the touch.
I also witnessed some phenomena with the camera, showing that light balls would often appear in the photos. I assumed to be dust particles in orbits around the unit. Others however were finding faces in these light ball photos, and to me they did feel conscious.
Light balls would then appear in photos of me, and for a long time after this I would opt to be the one taking the photo so that the balls would not be present in the family pictures. Even then however some would appear every other time.
When my youngest son graduated high school, the photos of us with me in them always had light balls present.
I attest this effect to a direct result of using the RM-1 to train my body to using the spherical field bubbles, which are conscious fields of vibration energy that can reach through density to make things visible we do not normally see.
Measurements using a compass exposed that the configuration for mass vibration from Bismuth and Aluminum, was to point one magnetic pole inwards all the way around the device, and it turns out the scalar coil wind I used, does the same thing modulating this tension to hit the nuclear mass of the atoms in the Bismuth and Aluminum, the diamagnetic field that is already exposed in these specific metals.
It now also became "self evident" that the diamagnetic field is why the electron shells do not crash into the nucleus of the atom, and the diamagnetic field come from the nuclear center or the mass of the atom.

Over the years my vocabulary changed, to better fit current science, as I started to understand how NMR technology added the numbers for frequencies that could then hit things I would desire to target more accurately. I developed a system of measurement I labeled NVR [nuclear vibration resonance] and established tables of data to accurately hit these, and then begin to set up larger Isotope cone fields as well as spherical mass fields that mirror the atoms themselves at larger dimensions.
I was eventually able to tell how the Isotope fields draw in energy from the Field Fabric on the lateral surface area of the cones, but are controlled by the height of the cones, which hands us how to rout energy through a conical system that powers from the Field Fabric.

This is the crux of power from the Field Fabric! And it becomes very dangerous as it must be controlled with comprehension to utilize.
Atoms do not just shut themselves back off when we start them working, and the natural form is a 30 degree cone with two other inside it at smaller diameter and angle.
Next with the correct geometric calculations of the Quantum Field Fabric, we finally see EM arising from these cones.
The 33 degree mod, tames them. The 45 degree cones are yet to be explored.
I had then found the desired goal to create energy from the Quantum Field Fabric that is everywhere, and it is not random at all, it is very consistent everywhere we have brought these fields up on the earth. Now that we can determine all the interacting frequencies accurately, they can be constructed by anyone with vibration sensory ability.
Randomness only enters the picture when we come up to the level of EM fields, as they tend to shoot outwards all over the universe.
If we set up a resonant EM circuit in the radio spectrum, bringing hand near the field coil will change its frequency!
This is not the case with the Quantum Fields Vibration energy form. The vibration energy is so stable it can work under the strongest EM fields and not be effected at all as to bending its frequency. This is because the EM field are built on top of the Tempic field vibration base as their foundation.
To alter the tension of the field fabric, all we have to do is to converge vibration frequencies inwards to one center, and it will change the tension on the field, altering light velocity through that area of the field fabric. Basically this is platonic form vibration. It vibrates inwards to outwards, and generates the field we know as gravity, or in the atom the field we know as the strong force. It always works as a spherical field bubble in this case.
These kind of fields can now be constructed by us, at larger dimension then the atoms, but when they are they work the same as the atoms and have no losses as they work at the atomic levels also. This is through the use of fractal calculation of octaves.
In an electrical system energy flows outwards towards the larger element, but with vibration energy it flows towards the smaller octave in harmonic coupling with it. This is why the strong force of the atom is so much more powerful then EM can become.

Now some people have been trying to access the Quantum Field in other ways, using plasma and such, and this is a major fallacy in logic.
The creation of plasmas as we are familiar with are generally very hot and constructed of electron motions or proton emitted photons.
The electron however is a higher level of the structure of the Quantum Field Fabric that is purely a Tempic field system having at its roots no spin.
Wilbert Smith pointed this out early on with his Quadrature Field Mental model.
If we want to take energy from the root level of the Quantum Field, we have to start with straight line forms of vibration, then to make them spin we must add a correct frequency shift so they go out of sync with the background field at the 1D level and connect with it at the 2D level, with the same area that couples to the Fabrics base frequency set. This causes the form to spin up, and makes the electric field possible. Now it is possible from here to create plasmas, but if we do not start with the bottom level, there is no real control offered for a shutdown of the field under frequency control.
The fields come up, self power, then can be taken back down, using only vibration frequency access.
Because we know the actual structure of them!
I do not believe Nissam Harrmen has discovered this as of yet, as he is trying to deal at the plasma level from what he is preaching to his followers.

This math is not complex but it may be a bit hard to grasp, or reach comprehension of.
If we have two circles that have a ratio between their areas, they will have a different ratio between their diameters. The 1D and the 2D couplings to these fields operate differently but also simultaneously.
That is, the area of the circle of the electric field spin, is powering it, but it is controlled by the tempic field on the diameter!
That Tempic field is a straight line with no curve. Thus the Pi / 2 ratio arises with the electric field appearance and is the ratio between the diameter and the curve around 1/2 the circumference of the spin field.
This is why we can set up a caliper to pull up a circular form field around it, a cone, or even a spherical one. The linear field controls everything.
This is why the caliper is the perfect tool for Quantum Field Work, for measurements and for testing purposes to design devices that will work.
One correct linear distance in space, can be used to manifest any primary form that is possible to pull up.
Once that field manifests, we can then rout its energy into a secondary level that will then attach to it and feed off of it.
Or as we say in magic, its all done with wires and mirrors. Straight line [wires], and resulting fabric reactions [mirrors] the Fabrics internal intelligence or programming.

The result of all this, is that it is far more simple then we ever imagined, to manifest fields of energy from what seems to be nothing at all.

Quantum Level Creation
From the roots of the Field Fabric all the way up through photons, and the entire table of elements, there is no such a thing as entropy, or randomness of how things actually work.
How would one ever realize that if not asking the right questions during the study of these?
Appearance of muons however is very erratic and very short intervals of existence, thus while they have frequency they are not stable units of self recovering energy levels as atoms are.
The atom is obviously the best mental model of a free energy system, and since they do exist, we have our base of free energy now fully defined for us already by current science. Well defined and even quantified.
This is a realization one must come to on their own, I have no desire to convince anyone, as the data is "self evident."

Also note the frequency ranges of nuclear magnetic resonance, and how external magnetic fields effect it.
Answer every question that comes up in your mind, do not assume anything.
This is where we find the conical motions present for the nuclear mass of the atoms.
Remember the atom is the best well known engine of the free energy system!

Yes, most is pretty accurate there but the reasons are not presented well.
Mankind is so far off where they could be now, I did not even want to respond to this! LOL!
It is one thing to expose what is possible, another to make it work in a society bent on conflict and competition.
I do not like where this world is heading, building robotic soldiers and drones, with the only intention to kill and maim.
So much money wasted, on destruction, when the universe is actually all about creation.
