Dipole Resonance

What did the experts of Electromagnetic phenomena know about
resonance, that the public is still totally unaware of?
Tesla, Walter Russell, Wilbert Smith.
Public
Comprehension
When it is realized by the public,
that energy is all around us within
the Aetheric Medium, exactly as Tesla revealed to us.
That it can be
extracted anywhere needed, as Walter Russell attempted to give to us,
the world will be forced into a radical
change of "perception."
What has never been clear, for me, is exactly how to transform this
"radiant energy" into useful work in our present society.
We continue to be in
bondage to the constant purchase of energy, and if this constant
"money flow" is interrupted,
then "too many" will go
hungry, as unemployed and unvalued members of our society.
Without a
shift in this "human working productivity - as a commodity" reality,
nothing will change.
With a comprehension of a world that is
possible, for the major population, there will be "proof," that we can
make the change.
This document is dedicated to that "education" and for the larger
population of mankind, obtaining that personal proof.
Generating and
Utilizing "Radiant"
Energy
In a resonant dipole circuit, as
explained in detail below, we must
make distinction between,
Radiant
field, Electric field, and Magnetic
field.
We must grasp the differences between
Current
fed Dipole, Voltage
fed Dipole, Oscillator.
at resonance.
Then Introducing the concept of an
RMS
tapped Dipole
We must locate where and how to tap "power" from a resonating device,
without destruction of it's dipole resonance in the process. [Tom
Bearden]
How do you tap power from a resonant circuit without effecting it's
frequency, or draining it's internal power to continue oscillating?
The
past masters of Electromagnetic phenomena found these answers, one
by one, and each of them were then silenced by this worlds economic
ethic.
It is recommended to read the next sections with an opened mind, before
jumping ahead to attempt to grasp the circuits that will follow.

Radiant Energy
[Background Field]
This is the energy of vibration of
the Aetheric Medium.
It propagates
free space at light velocities.
Tesla recorded within a patent the velocity of his Tesla Wave as
it passed inside the earth at 1.5708 c.
Interesting to note the number is 1/2 pi. [3.1416 / 2 =
1.5708]
Thus Velocity of the T wave = [Pi / 2 * c]
It is referred to as faster then light.
This energy responds well to "resonant
fractal constructs" and devices cut to specific Aetheric Medium
resonant lengths.
This energy will penetrate any metal shielding, and
to the very core of matter, which is composed of it's vibration energy.
Ratios that are useful in this medium are 90x, 24x, 12x, 8x,
Pi
/ 2, Phi and many others. It is based solely on distances, or
lengths.
The length represents the
diameter of a spherical form of energy with one center of
mass or gravity,
so a single length can not only fully describe it, but can replicate it
on any octave of choice as a vibration.
This is why Wilbert Smith refers to it as the "one dimensional" field,
or the first dimensional field
force, or the 4th dimension.
The 4th dimension, introduced rotation or spin, as motion, and time, to
the basic 1st three dimensions of rectilinear space.
[1.414 and .707 have little value as ratios in
pure vibration work but are points of tapping the EM fields using
diodes
or AV plugs.]
Resonant lengths, do not change with materials used or with proximity
to other objects.
Vibration in the Medium, slows down for nothing and for no one...
Coupling
An electric wave in free space can just catch up to a radiant energy
wave, by a coupling factor of pi / 2.
Pi / 2 is a valid "coupling ratio" for energy to then move between
these two field types.
As the electric wave then hits copper medium and slows down to .97 c or
lower, it can no longer maintain it's initial coupling.
It must slow down to a lower harmonic in order to cross the
radiant energy octaves again at lower harmonic.
Velocity factors as low as .19 are possible with PVC insulated coils.
Electric Field
The
vibration of the Electric Field,
is the crossing point between Radiant Energy and Electrical Energy.
It is the voltage or electric
field, which also operates at light
velocities [C], and becomes
radiant
on an antenna system.
Sometimes called "Radiant" energy, or RF [radio
frequency energy].
As this energy can exist at points on the dipole
which have no current running through
them,
it is not recognized as
"power" by our current technology formulas.
[Power = Current
x Voltage] for an electrical "power source."
Thus we have never viewed Radiant
Energy as useful to our local power grids.
It has only
been valued as a wireless carrier of information, by radio
operators, and cell phone system....etc.
In our radio transmitting systems we feed the antenna with "power"
derived externally at a point on
the dipole which will accept "current"
and very
near the point where maximum current is present on the antenna system.
Then what is radiant is the energy we can not really define, which
moves out at light speeds and makes radios work at great distances
away,
but at the point of release has no magnetic field present that we
can calculate, as even the wire may be absent in this radiant energy
form.
It has only an electric field present, and a radiant field.
It will then propagate like light and not be bent around by magnets.
Bending by gravity and reflections off ionospheric layers,
as light might.
This energy does have an electrical component
however and can be
stopped using a metal shield.
The
vibration of the Electric Field,
is the crossing point between Radiant Energy and Electrical Energy.
Walter Russell would call this also a geometric shift in the
space the energy field occupies, as well as the fields density.
An energy wave in free space will occupy a dimension. We live in a
three dimensional world and have little understanding of anything else.
As an electric field is an "area force", it works by the law of the
squares off the radiant energy in space.
It is more dense then radiant
energy by a mathematical square function
of the background field,
and it occupies less space by the square root
of the radiant energy traveling the background field which creates it.
Electromagnetic Resonance
Capacitance added to a copper wire system will slow the propagation
velocity of the electric field.
When the magnetic field catches up with it, we call that
electromagnetic resonance.
In this mode energy can then be coupled directly to the magnetic field.
Now available to power our world.
Magnetic Field
The
vibration of the magnetic field,
is the crossing point between Electrical energy and motional energy for
our present technology.
This energy operates "slow enough" for it to become useful.
Our transformers, our motors, all
use the rotating magnetic field to provide our current energy needs.
This is the dense field we think of having volume in 3D space, as a
field, when
we deal with electrical power.
The magnetic field cannot exist, without an electrical field feeding
it. [Magnetic field acts as a volume having 3 physical
dimensions.]
The electrical field cannot exist without a radiant field feeding it.
[ Electric field acts as an area having 2
physical dimensions. ]
The radiant field, is merely a sphere with a force that pushes either
away from center in all directions, or towards center from all
directions.
["Tempic field" energy has pressure in all
directions - in or out from one center.]
The Electrical
Field moving at
slightly lower then light velocity in copper .97 c down to .19 c
with capacitance added, starts to flow a current
in the copper wire.
The
electron flows then create the Magnetic Fields we use. This is the
sequence.
The magnetic field will follow the electric field, in real time, by a
90 degree lag,
in a dipole system. There is a time differential in phase between the
two kinds of energy in a circuit using copper wire.
The field density of the magnetic field is the cube of the radiant
energy
traversing space which creates it, and the space it occupies is the
cube root of it's same radiant
energy quantity traversing space.
At roughly 45 degrees of both the electric and magnetic waves, they
will cross at the point of RMS, or root mean square, and this is the
point of peak power of the two waves interacting.
The two fields also merge at resonance, when capacitance is added to
the
circuits.
Summary
A complete energy gathering system
must couple energy all the way from the Radiant field at Pi / 2 * C
velocity,
to the Electric field at C velocity, and down to the magnetic field
level around .66 C velocity or lower.
These couplings methods have not been
well defined as of yet.
One must make use of all three fields in order to grab energy from the
Radiant field using the electric field,
and next slow the electric field down far enough to resonate with the
magnetic field.
This slow down of the electric field must happen on the same device,
where it is again accelerated back up.
The device must then contain a Tempic field gradient for the electric
wave to traverse both ends of.
Where on each end of the circuit it can transport energy
between the other two fields.

These
geometric qualities of
the field forces volume in space,
and the counter qualities of the
field density in
space, show one directly,
how conversion
between
them using copper wire, can create both expansion and contraction of
the energy as it moves between the dimensions, in resonant
circuits.
Few can even grasp the concept of a field having only
two dimensions of pressure [a square function], or one dimension of
pressure, in 3 D space.

One can see from this dynamic
display why Radiant energy is not
compatible with our current electrical powering grids.
With such a large field reach, it explains why many of our vibration
devices can be felt so far away,
but few of them have ever produced any power for us to date.
It is hoped this chart will clarify,
the dynamic of the 6
relationships, as viewed from all points of perception,
and settle
much of the anguish of trying to define, quantify, or make sense of the
field forces, as we play with them.

The reality we live inside is
comprehensible. This is the correct attitude of the scientist anyway,
and the only one that will lead into new devices that actually work.
Using Radiant
Energy to produce
Electrical Power

Note that Russell is describing there
is "mass" involved in this conversion.
In a radiant energy feed system, or
a Voltage Feed set up, we
would feed the
dipole at the outer points where the voltage nodes
are
present and there is no current.
This energy must be present at the
correct times, and in the
correct locations, such that a full synchronous resonance
of the
dipole wire will now generate the electricity we wish to
extract, as we would recognize it as EM power in our 3 dimensions of
space.
Sine wave power,
complete with both
current and
voltage,
located
somewhere closer to
the center of the dipole.
It would be generating a complete
rotation of the magnetic field, and thus have the "RMS power" to
replace our mechanical generator systems.

to start the system resonating.
A + A - B+ B-
Basically we are reversing the function of the antenna, to pull
radiant
energy in from the ends,
convert it into
electrical energy in
the
copper, and transform it into
magnetic energy,
or "working power"
near the center, at the cube of field density of the Aetheric
medium.
Then we extract this "power" to run our machine, lights,
etc.
The point of energy injection, will be at the ends of the dipole,
where
there
is no "calculable power" present in our dimension.
No one to date, in conventional
Electrical training, would consider powering a light bulb from an
antenna system,
which can produce a sine wave output with 100 watts of
power from two opposite polarity voltage spikes,
having no current, and
applied to both ends of a very long wire, or coil system.
This is however what is seen as "theoretically possible" on a
Stanley Meyers Intensifier water cell circuit.
So we have this really long dipole
antenna, resonating up, from a HV
spike on each end, bouncing energy back and forth through center
where
it is magically transformed into a rotating magnetic field, and now we
want to
draw some of that energy out.
Here is where Tom Bearden is
constantly telling us, we have not been
doing it without destroying the dipole resonance of the system.
Taping the Power
of the Dipole without
Destroying It
The point of power extraction, will be
the location on the resonant
coil
system where voltage and current multiply to produce the maximum power.
Note this is not the point where we presently feed antennas from at
all! It is the RMS point we want , 0 .707 ratio, rather then the
current node peak.
This 1.414 or .707 point will not involved the Antennas ratios of
radiant vibration, or resonance.
The ratio has no meaning in
resonant fractal manipulation. It only has meaning in producing power
from two different types of waves in combination.
The electric and the
magnetic field waves.
If we manage to accomplish this goal, it will appear to most current
scientists, that we are creating "power from nothing,"
as "radiant
energy" is not considered to be a "power producing" form of
energy, but
only a carrier for radio communications.
Can we replace the generators of our power grid with long wire resonant
copper wire
oscillators as 60 Hz Dipoles,
fed from the ends, with High voltage
spikes, that have zero
calculable power?
Will we?
Maximum power on a Dipole antenna, is 1/2 way out on either side, or
1/8 wave of the resonance wavelength.
45 degrees of rotation of the
field.
Dipole Antenna
Description
An alternating electrical field is
routed into a 1 / 2 wavelength "long
wire" dipole antenna, and the resonance that is created becomes a
transmitting
antenna.
See diagrams below.
Energy is fed in at the center of the antenna where power is
manifest
as a current, having a magnetic field that is predominant and
vibrating, or alternating in direction of current flow.
We relate to this antenna being "driven," because we worship the power
we
recognize, as voltage times current, and can then calculate it easily,
and have absolute control, every moment, of the radiations.
On the ends of the dipole antenna, where the circuit seems to end, no
current can flow out anywhere, a high voltage is the result.
It is then reflected
back towards the
center, passing through itself.
There is a high voltage node created at the point of reflection [end of
the wire] an area of electrical generated radiant energy.
The power is
manifest as an electric field. Direction of travel is
reversed at light velocity.
As the energy of the EM wave transforms itself between the oscillating
magnetic
field towards the center,
and the static electric field on the ends, the
volume of
the energy in space changes.
Both in "space occupied" and in "field
density" inversely, as described above.
It also slows down, dropping well below C velocity.
The ratio is 16 / 4 for Magnetic / Electric field density, and 4 / 8
for
Magnetic /Electric volume in space.
Magnetic field , with
a field density that is
the cube of the radiant form, occupies the cube root of the
radiant space.
The electric
field, with a
field density that is the square of the force, occupies the square root
of the space.
With reference to EM, the electric field is an expansion of the energy
form in 3D
space.
The magnetic field is a compression of the energy form in 3D
space.
We live in 3D space, and to us there is no other comprehension.
It should also be noted, the diagrams below picture only 1/2 of the EM
cycle in real time.
On the next half of the cycle both waves reverse.
The current shown on the first drawing reverses direction.
On the
next diagram down, the voltages reverse their climb and start to drop,
retracing the exact same path.
One side of the dipole remains + and the other side remains -.
The important concept to realize is
that at the very ends of the
circuit, where the current is nearly vanished, the voltage is highest,
and there is an expansion of the field in space by a factor of 2.
At the point of reflection there is a
Radiant field generated as the wave reverses direction and bounces off
the ends of the wire.
Radiant Energy
Circuits
Now we can modify the electromagnetic
dipole to send vibration energy
into
a Concentric Tube Water Cell [Capacitor].
By replacing the long wire of the Antenna with coils, we can again
resonate a voltage node onto the cells tubes
as long as the waves both
reach the cell at the same instant in real time,
so that a true
"no current reflection" is happening on both tubes simultaneously.
Something very interesting happens when we connect both ends of
the
the antenna to a capacitance.
For one, the dipole antenna becomes a 1/4 wave transmission line.
Secondly the voltage now starts to toggle on the wires.
TDR Time Domain Reflectometer
Below are TDR traces applied to
an opened ended transmission line on the left, and on the right a
capacitance
terminated end.
You can see on the capacitance terminated end on the right, there is a
voltage
inversion as the
wave hits the capacitor and reflects back.
The waveform is very steep, on the reflection and the voltage goes from
a plus value to a minus value in a very short time interval.
This reverses the voltage polarity on the dipole, changing the antenna
into an
oscillator
circuit.
The
voltage is no longer static on the
line.
In this graphic drawing above,
we see on the left a full wave Walter Russell rendition of
one cycle.
In the center we see a Bashar
1/2
wave dipole antenna cone, possibly
with standing voltage nodes.
On the right we see a Stanley Meyers, water cell resonance, with
reversing voltage component on the dipole.
All of these circuits have resonance of one form or another.
On the water cells tubes, this would create first a high voltage with
one polarity, then it would flip voltage polarity.
Since one of the tubes in the cell is smaller in dimension, one of the
coils must be made adjustable to balance this, and keep the voltage
nodes on the tubes.
It should also be noted that in electromagnetic work while the electron
current
and magnetic field rise very slowly in coils with high capacitance,
the voltage or electric
field
can operates near light velocities in a coil with no or very low
capacitance.
If the wires are the same length, on both sides, the wave front will
arrive at both tubes simultaneously. The water will receive the radiant
energy pulse.
Distilled water has a velocity factor of [0.11] talk about slowing down
the radiant energy wave!
186,000 * .11 = 20,460 miles per second!
With this in mind we now examine a well known circuit in the
alternate energy circles.
Reference:
The circuit on the right resembles a
transmission line. Whereby the wave must have the same delay on
both
sides of the line.
The lower inductor is made adjustable to shorten it's length, to
compensate for the larger tube it will be hitting.
The two waves of reversed polarity
have to collide on the capacitor [cell] simultaneously then pass
through it over one another.
In that mode they will both pass through the capacitor, flipping the
polarity of the feed line, as shown on the TDR traces above.
Resonance
Looking at the right circuit loop in
red below, we now can identify
what that side
of the circuit has to produce on the cell, and why there are two coils
rather then one.
Vibrating voltage with no
current! [Radiant energy also identified in the radiant battery
chargers.]
Simultaneous voltage polarity propagation reversals on both inner and
outer tubes,
generated at a point of
reflection
of the EM waves, where current is
zero and voltage is peaking on a dipole.
This can only happen if the dipole circuit is adjusted to resonate, at
the
applied frequency of the circuit on the left side of the diagram.
The wire length of both coils in the circuit on the right must be
very close to
the same length. Slightly shorter on the side hitting the larger tube.
Best guess. That is why that one is adjustable.
Also notice a clamper circuit is added, a diode of correct frequency
tolerance,
to create a DC bias voltage across the cell, at a point in the circuit
where there is a current to rectify.
We now get a resonating AC waveform with an underlying DC multiplexed
underneath it.
This means that now as the polarity of resonance hits
the cell it will begin to climb in voltage at the tubes until it is a
pulsating DC.
The water in the cell will get vibrated, while at the same time
polarizing only in one direction.
The water molecules will not flip completely over, they will
merely experience a different radiant field wave direction switch.
The energy will move
into the bonds
between the H and O atoms in the water molecules and begin to
vibrate them apart as the DC pull maintains their orientation.
Electric vibration
is the key to water fracturing, at low energy
levels.
Achieving geometric resonance on the water cell is the "secret,"
to success.
I set up this output circuit with the two 500 foot reels as the
coils to a wet Joe Cell, and a diode, to verify that is what happens.
Dual Conical
Coil Antenna
[Also referred to as the
Space Time
Antenna by Bashar STA.]
Bashar
gives
us a
1/2 cycle version of
Walter Russells rendition with the following
data added.
1 - How to construct the
coil [CW wound, both ends joined,
coils in parallel circuit, standing parallel to gravity or vertical]
2 - How to start the coil
resonating [DC voltage is
tapped across the ends]
3 - The cone angle
[33 degrees]
4 - The frequency of
resonance [333,000 Hz]
5 - The wire insulation must
slow the velocity of light
[Velocity Factor]
6 - The shape of the
capacitors they use with it
[concentric tubes like a Joe Cell construction]
7 - The energy Source [Which is
not an external power supply - but a
natural form from the lower 4th]
8 - The smallest one we could
build and have it work. About 19.56
inches high.
Walter Russells
version of this has two side by side for a
full
wave
resonance system.
He labels this "Construction of
One
Cycle of an
Electric Current"
Note also, Russell states the "gravity center," is it's center of "mind
control."
For him this was also a conscious connection as we discover with Joe
Cell work.
If you have carefully read to this point then by now you must have some
feelings about how space and time are involved in a dipole resonant
copper wire system.
The velocity factor of the wire and it's length, the geometry of
the coil, the sin of 1/2 the angle is a
ratio of
light velocities...
The only new concept you may need to grasp now is the location of where
the
RMS point is on the resonating dual cone system,
in order to determine
where to tap it's power, without destroying it's dipole resonance.
As far as I know, no one has yet put this in print for the general
public.
It was however, apparently well understood by Walter Russell,
who seems to be the first designer of this coil system, I can locate
from the 1963 era.
His actual devices and electrical designs were not divulged to the
public that I am aware, due to the fear of economic collapse of
the of the nation.
The drawing above , showing the axis of gravity, indicates he may also
have mounted this vertically.
I actually charted each wire turn of a dual conical coil system in this
document:
Dual Cones
Lets look closely at what I found.
Single Cone
Searching now, what is happening
to voltage and current at each
wrap of the cone coil, as the wave travels across it.
Here is what I found of interest.
The cone is positioned under this chart and the pointy end of the
cone is under the left mark 0.
The wide end is under the mark 1.
We
should note that the diameter of the coil changes by the same
linear function as the length.
It is obvious that moving away from center, more wire will land on the
wide end of the coil,
but it is not obvious what the wave phasing will
be doing between voltage and current,
or where the true RMS point will
be for taping power.
Now moving linearly across the coil, from the small tip, we discover
that at 0.5 of the pathway across
we have only used 1/4 of the wire
length or 1/8 the length of the resonant frequency wave on a 1/2 wave
dipole.
This is 45 degrees of rotation of the electric field.
Open Wire Dipole
Compare this to a center fed Dipole antenna at the top of the
document. How is this different?
On an open wire dipole antenna, 1/2 the wire is on each side of
center.
There is a current node at the middle, denoting a 90 degree
phase shift off each end, where we attempt to feed it from,
with great
difficulty of
tunning
and
impedance matching
for each small change in
frequency.
Conical Coil
From center of the coils
length, the cone places 1/4 the wire towards
the small tip and 3/4 of the wire towards the large end.
Now here we
have the RMS point of the antenna, where voltage and current are both
at .707 of their peak values and the power is perfectly at it's peak
level.
Our powering systems on earth, run perfectly with this mix of
the two waves, it is called the RMS value of the voltage,
but is
actually also the RMS value of the current when inspected closely.
This ratio of .707, and 1.414 has no meaning when used in resonant
fractal work.
It will not effect the radiant energy path of the circuit
in the least. It will not shift the frequency off center of resonance,
and it does not have to be tunned with capacitors or
inductors to
be tapped efficiently.
It is the one point on the system where all the
energy resonating on the Antenna comes together to create
POWER.
This is possibly the only point on a free resonating dipole, where you
can
"couple in" to load the system,
without worry of having to do tunning
manipulations with EM resonance, so you do not destroy the Dipole
energy.
It is the only point on an antenna system that we will recognize the
wave coming off as true power or watts of energy on our electrical grid
system.
It is the only point that adding coils to will not change the resonant
frequency.
The reason is that at this one point, both waves are equal and
balanced.
Electric and Magnetic.
This is
likely
the
phenomena, that makes powering from a resonant device possible,
revealed in the dual cone structure.
Dual Cones
Tesla placed two cones back to back on
the wide ends.
Referred to as the football coil.
Walter Russell added two more cones moving through them tip to tip at
the center.
Bashar, cut this in half, set it vertically on the ground,
and called it the STA Space Time Antenna,
then gave us the 33 degree angle,
and possibly a resonant frequency of
333000 Hz as our local space time resonance.
He offered how to start the
coils operating, using only a voltage tapped across the two ends of the
system,
and told us to connect the coils together in parallel at both ends.
In all this information, I have found no where, exactly "how" to
accomplish an "energy draw" from such a coil system.
I believe it will operate similar to a Joe Cell using "dielectric
insulation" rather then water.
Wave Reflections

RMS or power points on the dipole appear also at 1/8 wavelengths out,
or at 1/4 of the wire length.
Consider however the voltage is standing and not changing at these
points, only the current direction is changing,
as is the wave velocity direction of motion.
This diagram represents the
wire
lengths on the dual coils, showing where they cross at the
center, marked Power Extraction.
In the dual coil system Bashar laid out for us, we tap the ends of
both coils with a voltage.
At the physical center of the coils, they cross though one another 1/8
wave from the small tip and 3/8 from the large end.
How does this effect each of the three wave types operating in
the circuit?
Radiant Energy
The radiant energy, diagrammed below, moving at Pi / 2 *c velocity,
will generate reflections as
the waves cross
this center point,
as it is a more dense area, there will be
reflections in all 4 directions, which are all synchronized in real
time
to add energy.
To get a feel for this start at the upper left and count the segments
to the common RMS point then jump through to the other coil and keep
going to the end at the right.
At the same time start at the left of the lower coil, and count the
same number of segment jumps, out to the end and then reflect off it
and start back.
You will see the two waves will cross at the RMS point near the lower
right of the diagram with the same number of counts in time!
Any way you count the segments, they all end up with correct timing
to support one another at the RMS points in both cones.
This is counting by vibrational segments.
Electric Field
The unique thing here, is the electric field is static at every point
on a
dipole antenna at resonance.
By overlapping
opposing voltages at
the center of our system, the
capacitance at this location will charge between the coils and pass
energy.
Capacitance = Charge/ Voltage
This is a technique Tesla used in pancake coils to amplify the magnetic
field flux.
Wind two wires, then route the end of one coil back to the
start of the other, so the two different voltages are near one
another.
Note the current is traveling the same direction in both coils, but the
voltage reverses polarity at the center of the wire length.
Adding capacitance, is also the difference between a dipole antenna and
an oscillator as we saw above with Meyers circuit.
Magnetic Field
The current will be reversing at the center of the dipoles at f0 rate.
The magnetic field polarity will be reversing, North South flipping end
to end.
Both coils will be in magnetic synchronization.
This is what we need to tap real power from the coil system as a
transformer.
If we have achieved a rotating magnetic field, from a fast tap of EM on
both ends of the system.
Reflections
Diagram is showing one flow of the longitudinal wave after 3 segments
of time, and after 5 segments of time with
no delay in the crossing
between center of coils.
The vibrational wave should collide at the rightmost RMS point. There
will be another one of these from the other end and collide on the
upper coil.
Electric Field Reflections
The center of the coils are drawn as a
capacitor in the next
diagrams. Assuming the center wires are all touching.
On the top diagram below, marked forwards, we see the red wave splits
off a pink negative voltage pulse through the capacitor at center of
the coils.
At segment step 5 it reaches the other coil as a negative voltage,
jumping through the center as a capacitor hop. At the same time
getting another negative voltage pulse right behind it.
Note the voltage pulse takes two segments, or 90 degrees in time to
cross the capacitor.
It may tend to flip the polarity of the dipoles, as there is a reversed
polarity one doing the same in the opposite direction not shown.
Voltage through a capacitor may cause the dipole to go into
Electric field oscillation.
If this happens the voltage at the ends of the coils will begin to flip
polarity like an oscillator every 90 degrees of the phase change.
A capacitor delays the signal by 90 degrees, so while it is crossing
the capacitor every thing else is advancing two more segments.
Will this dual coil system go into oscillation, or will it remain a
dipole antenna?
Dielectric
Top drawing is two wires with insulation, that are separated in
distance with an air gap between them on the wider end of the
coils.
Bottom is a capacitor with a dielectric core between the plates. We
know this will pass an EM transition across it.
Middle drawing shows how touching the wires tightly will convert them
into a capacitor.
The positive going pulse on the left wire is more likely delivered into
the right wire as the density of the dielectric is not changing to air.
The dual coil system will have a higher cross coil capacitance at
the center, then on the ends.
This will slow the velocity of the Electric field wave.
If this cross coil capacitance becomes high enough to pass the voltage
to the other coil and overpower it, from both directions simultaneously,
the Antenna may turn into an oscillator and start toggling the voltage
end to end.
Update Note:
After construction and testing, it was discovered the coils wired in
parallel in dual inverted cone geometry act like an oscillator, and not
like an antenna.
The tips of the cones go into a voltage toggeling, and do not maintain
a stationary voltage node at resonance.

Joe Cell Connection on the Ends of
the Dipole
This is probably the most compelling concept, Bashar has offered, and
the results of this one will have to wait for experiment to catch up.
Other wise we end up speculating.
I note this here "going in" so as not to loose direction along the path.
